Had to wait in the parking lot forever for my food and they charged me and forgot one of our burgers
I had a disappointing experience at A&W today. We ordered three Chicken Buddy Burgers through the drive-thru. Despite there being no vehicles ahead of us, our order was not taken for about a minute, and when staff responded, they were laughing, which appeared unprofessional.
We specifically requested onions and sauce to be added to all three burgers, but upon returning home, we found that they only contained a pickle and a chicken patty — no onions or sauce.
This reflects a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures staff are more attentive and professional in handling customer orders.

Great grass fed!! I mean, what else do you need? Rootbeer in that frozen mug always takes me back to my youth. Fries are the best!! Hands down our go to family fast-food place.
Ordering took super long and had to wait at the front parking lot. Food was good, service is somewhat acceptable but could be better.

Always a perfect breakfast
Veggie masala burger was so good, the fries were hot and crispy and the root beer was cold. Would come here again!
I just got the veggie and mentioned clearly no tomato and add cheese but they were so busy laughing they messed my food again. Management please review these kind of poor customer service and ask them to be serious when at work.

Multiple times we come around 3 am and they are always “cleaning the grill” and not serving beef. If your a burger joint you should put a closed sign because this is not open. We drove away each time not buying anything to McDonald’s down the road and not coming back now.
