Not even half a star is deserving of this restaurant. My husband ordered crispy chicken in Arby’s at Crossiron Mills on Boxing Day 2024 at around 10am, the bun is MOLDY! It is disgusting! The molds all over the bun and it could get my husband sick. MOLDS! MOLDS! MOLDS! DON’T EAT IN THIS FAST FOOD CHAIN! They are serving burger buns with MOLDS!
I will report this incident to Alberta Health Services, they can get people sick.

Every time I come to this location it is a new issue, fridge cold cheese on a hot sandwich, underweight sandwiches that are already expensive, and now this time you guys decided not to wrap up the au jus containers with saran wrap, in doing so, knowing I am a takeaway customer you have ruined my whole meal and the floor of my car. It sucks that whoever chooses the staff at this location clearly chooses their friends or family who can't get jobs elsewhere. Unreal. Needs an overhaul badly.

I got the chicken burger from there and when I ate it its like now it caused me to have stomach aches and I am feeling nauseous and the the burger I ate doesn’t look like it’s even cooked or even that fresh Arby’s isn’t even that good and when I ate it it tastes horrible.

Ordered Classic beef sandwich, Curly fries and strawberry milkshake and all the food was delicious. Also the staff is very friendly and provide a great sevice. Will definitely recommend Arby’s to all.
