Great service, kids eat free with a meal this month, awesome ensentive!
UPDATE****Dec 2/2024 With the wife tonight decided to pop by this location as we usually hit Fionns if in the mall. Glad to say this was the best decision we made. Sydney served us and looked after us while looking after several tables. I don't mean 3 or 4, I mean more like 10. She was phenomenal!!! We will be back just for her! You need a raise!!!!! Merry Christmas!!

The lounge was packed for a Monday night and our server Sydney was unreal. She was on top of it, she communicated very well and was extremely busy. We could see how busy she was but she kept her cool and was just amazing! On a small side, the lounge could have used another server for sure (as Christmas is approaching and the mall is busy but it was nice to also see the manager stepping up and helping her!) Sydney you are amazing! This woman deserves a raise or at least a Christmas bonus! Thank you for a nice night out without the babies! We will be back!

Crossiron mall Boston Pizza- Very poor service on take out order. Staff messed up order and did not take responsibility for it. Manager was biased white male, arrogant, rude and not willing to listen. I waited half hour for two kids Sunday’s and came without it

We visited this restaurant at 8 PM and were directed to sit on the patio. Unfortunately, by 8:25 PM, not a single staff member had approached us—not even to offer a glass of water. Frustrated by the lack of service, we decided to leave. This experience was extremely disappointing, and the service was absolutely nonexistent. Zero stars for customer service.

Hostess was on her phone the whole time, taking selfies or herself. Waitress took 15 minutes to bring my brownie out. There was one other table in restaurant. Still very annoyed how the girl was openly on her phone taking selfies, atleast go to the back where customers can’t see. These staff need serious retraining and new responsible staff. Where is the management?

I visited this place recently with very bad experience poor customer service here. No body hears you . I was sitting and waiting that somebody come to take order and I also call a guy two times but he didn’t listen me at the end i have to go out from this place with empty stomach.

Unpleasant experience ordering smoke mountain spaghetti and meatballs. It's supposed to come 3 meatballs as it says the menu.
Worst Boston Pizza I HAVE EVER WENT TO IN MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE. First of all their pop machine doesn’t work so they keep giving you diluted pop that tastes literally like water and they charge you for it!!!!! Secondly it doesn’t take A WHOLE HOUR for one plate of food to come out. The manager has hired 1 waitress and 3 people who seat customers like seriously? Do you not have any common sense, one waitress who’s taking orders, giving out food, and cashing out people while you got 3 people standing at the front on their phones not doing anything. A whole hour for one order is absolutely insane, you’re definitely better off ordering something quick from the food court rather than coming here because this is absolutely unacceptable. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Enjoyed every bit of that dessert! It bumped that star count to 5 👌 everything else was also great... server was nice and tentative, food came out in good time so I'll be back. It's a BPs so nothing special with the vibe, just good pub food and the dessert is a must!

I’ve had this hostess in the past I’m not sure what her name is but last night she was so sweet helping us get a table that worked with our family even though it was busy. We need more people like her in the restaurant industry
