If you're looking for service, avoid sitting on the patio. We had a pretty disappointing experience. We waited over 45 minutes for just two items—a pizza and a kids' cheeseburger—while multiple tables that arrived well after us (including a group of four and a group of six) were served first.
When the food finally came, it was underwhelming. The pizza was bland and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes. My 4-year-old daughter, who loves cheeseburgers, only ate a third of hers before saying it was bad—pretty telling coming from a kid.
To top it off, the table across from us had to get their meals remade because they said the food was flavorless and missing sauce. Overall, not a great dining experience.
No service. Had to ask to be seated and after waiting for about 15 minutes we had to ask for service from 3 persons standing behind the till and they had a server from the bar area to come and serve us.
It's under new managment. Very poor. Very disappointing. Last time eating here.
Walked in 30 minutes before closed and sat my family down. 10 mins later they told us the kitchen was closed. Manager Moniqe didn’t even have the courage to come talk to us. And then on the way out had the audacity to say she doesn’t know what is going on.
Worst restaurant. No wonder they are closing locations everywhere.
As we entered, the guy who seated us had a toothpick in his mouth, had a lazy tone and kept dragging his feet as he walked.. very unprofessional. He looked like he really didn’t want to be working. Anyways food was up to par, no complaints other then pizza was a bit burnt. The waitress that took our order seemed lazy as well, smile seemed to be forced and didn’t want to go the extra mile with recommendations. The food was great as always, service and staff need massive improvements!
Stopped in for a quick bite and was really impressed. The staff at the Cross Iron Mills location were friendly and efficient, and the service was quick. My food came out fresh and exactly as expected. Great experience overall, will be coming back.
I ordered chicken parm with fries and spaghetti and a chicken quesadilla and shrimp tacos. The food was served cold especially the fries, and the quesadilla was hard but I didn't complain because there wasn't much staff attending to us. We figured that maybe this is just one bad experience due to that but with the price of the food this is unacceptable.
Went in and was helped by Isaiah and Adriana and they were fantastic. Will come back just for their friendly faces!
Great service, kids eat free with a meal this month, awesome ensentive!
UPDATE****Dec 2/2024
With the wife tonight decided to pop by this location as we usually hit Fionns if in the mall. Glad to say this was the best decision we made. Sydney served us and looked after us while looking after several tables. I don't mean 3 or 4, I mean more like 10. She was phenomenal!!! We will be back just for her! You need a raise!!!!! Merry Christmas!!

The lounge was packed for a Monday night and our server Sydney was unreal. She was on top of it, she communicated very well and was extremely busy. We could see how busy she was but she kept her cool and was just amazing! On a small side, the lounge could have used another server for sure (as Christmas is approaching and the mall is busy but it was nice to also see the manager stepping up and helping her!) Sydney you are amazing! This woman deserves a raise or at least a Christmas bonus! Thank you for a nice night out without the babies! We will be back!

Crossiron mall Boston Pizza- Very poor service on take out order. Staff messed up order and did not take responsibility for it.
Manager was biased white male, arrogant, rude and not willing to listen.
I waited half hour for two kids Sunday’s and came without it

We visited this restaurant at 8 PM and were directed to sit on the patio. Unfortunately, by 8:25 PM, not a single staff member had approached us—not even to offer a glass of water. Frustrated by the lack of service, we decided to leave. This experience was extremely disappointing, and the service was absolutely nonexistent. Zero stars for customer service.

Hostess was on her phone the whole time, taking selfies or herself. Waitress took 15 minutes to bring my brownie out. There was one other table in restaurant. Still very annoyed how the girl was openly on her phone taking selfies, atleast go to the back where customers can’t see. These staff need serious retraining and new responsible staff. Where is the management?

I visited this place recently with very bad experience poor customer service here. No body hears you . I was sitting and waiting that somebody come to take order and I also call a guy two times but he didn’t listen me at the end i have to go out from this place with empty stomach.
