Sat at the bar, only person at the bar. Over 15 mins and didn’t even offer a water, walked out and went to Fionn MacCools where I was severed and food order right away, save your time don’t bother.

Having a lot of allergies it is risky when we go out to eat. Our server and the chef went above and beyond to be sure I had food that had no contamination and still taste great! Thank you!

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The restaurant was only one-third full, yet it took 15 minutes just to get water, and after waiting more than an hour our food never arrived. The servers seemed disorganized and unsure of what to do—one lady at another table left after waiting a long time without anyone even coming to take her order. The table next to us was also complaining. With our kids in tears from the wait, we finally left without eating. Very disappointing and not what I would expect from Boston Pizza—this location really damages the brand.

Where are my napkins! WORST service IN THE WORLD. JUST WANTED TO SPEND TIME WITH MY FAMILY, DO NOT GO, TRUST ME! Complaining to the manager about the wait, service and still didn't get napkins. Several other tables left due to the wait and being brought the wrong food.

I didn’t have a great experience during my visit. Our server disappeared after serving the order, and we nver saw her again. We ended up placing our food order with another staff member, but unfortunately, our drinks never arrived at all. The service felt unorganized and disappointing.

I’ve been to many Boston Pizza locations, but this one is by far the worst. The service is absolutely pathetic—just ordering one meal feels like it takes forever to arrive. Staff seemed careless, and there was no sense of urgency or customer care. I would never recommend wasting your time or money here.

I had one of the worst experiences at Boston Pizza. I ordered 4 garlic breads, which cost me $16, and also added 2 Unicorn Lemonades to my order. When I went to pick it up, the staff told me that I did not pay for the lemonades. When I asked for my receipt, the girl then told me they were actually out of lemonades.

I asked to speak with the manager, and the manager said they don’t give Unicorn Lemonades for takeout orders. If that’s the policy, I should have been told that at the time of payment — not after the fact. To make things even worse, I never got my lemonades or my money back.

Paying $16 for only 4 garlic breads and then being refused my drinks and a refund is completely unacceptable. This entire situation could have been avoided with proper communication and honesty from the staff. Instead, I was left frustrated, out of pocket, and very disappointed.

This was one of the poorest customer service experiences I’ve had, and it makes me not want to return to Boston Pizza again.

If I could give zero stars, that would be generous.
Service was beyond terrible. Firstly, messed up one of our meals and by the time the fix arrived, we were all already eaten and he wasn’t hungry from picking at our plates.
I lost count of how many times different staff walked past us without offering refills, asking how our meals were, or clearing dirty plates. It was well over 25 minutes before any plates were cleared.
We had to flag down a host to bring the kids desserts which still took another 20 minutes before our server came and asked what we’d like and then another 10 before he brought them out.
We gave our kids club number to hopefully speed up the bill. 15 mins go by and still no bill, and he finally came to tell us there was a system error with the card and they are working on it. Which should have been told initially when it happened.
Half an hour goes by waiting for our bill. A lady comes to clean our plates and we asked if she was a manager. She said yes and had absolutely zero interest in trying to fix our experience and couldn’t get away from us soon enough. We told her we are leaving in five minutes if we don’t get our bill. We waited still for our bill before neither our server or her were anywhere to be found. So we left.
A table next to us that was dining also had to get up to find our server to get their bill.
Another table on their way out told the customers waiting that they advise them to go elsewhere.
They ultimately took a bunch of kids meals off the card. No one bat an eye when we left.
We never thought we’d have to look up reviews for Boston pizza, but certainly wish we had.

After a hectic day we all were really hungry and we went to boston pizza . We were eagerly waiting for our food . The food came on time. And the service was incredible . Our server Raj helps us in every manner. She helps us in ordering plus she was bussing table side by side . We know boston pizza is know for food quality and customer service . Our server raj proved that right. Shout out to her in every manner. And thankyou for the great service. We will come back again and will get the service from her again.

Disappointing Service

We visited Boston Pizza at CrossIron Mills and unfortunately had a poor experience. Service was very slow, and no one checked in on our table. The food was okay, but nothing great. When I accidentally spilled water on my son, I had to ask for help cleaning it up — the server didn’t even notice. We also had to ask for to-go containers - twice, and after finishing our meal, we waited over 15 minutes for the bill, which yes, we had to ask for.

When the server finally came with the bill, they apologized and said it was because the restaurant was busy. However, looking around at the half-filled dining room and number of staff working, it seemed more like inefficiency than actual busyness. Not the level of service I’d expect.
