This place was the best experience in crossiron, the food was amazing. i got the veggie sandwich!! the bread was soft, the sandwiche its self was flavorful. it’s hard to find places to eat as a vegetarian but would highly recommend. the lemonade is super yummy too!!

Had the cajun chicken sandwich and it was excellent. Pretty sure it was the owner who took my order and made it - an older Asian uncle type. Bread was toasted just right, cheese was melty and gooey, and the chicken was juicy (not the sad, dry kind you sometimes get at food court outlets). Plus, it was packed so full the chicken was spilling out with every bite. Portion size was generous too, easily good for one hungry person or two less greedy ones.

The mac and cheese could use a bit more depth and seasoning, though… but that’s just me being extra ;)

I loved it so much I went to Chachi’s at another location, but it wasn’t quite the same. Cheese wasn’t melted enough, chicken filling was lighter, and the bread didn’t get that perfect toast. So yeah, this outlet’s the one.

The employee that made my drink didn't close the lid fully, so when I picked it up it spilt everywhere. I asked for a new drink or a refund and the man working at the counter was frustrated at me and was really rude and annoyed. He eventually made a new drink but the interaction completely ruined my day. Now everytime I come back when the man is at the counter he makes rude remarks and rolls his eyes and acts annoyed. Unpleasant.

Great sandwiches and always quick friendly service! My go to whenever I’m at the mall.
