Mall food so I believe company not concerned about repeat visitors. Horrible tasteless food. Under the lights you think ok. But take it to the table and it looks weird. Tastes weird. Felt unwell later. Never get it.

0 stars should be an option. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Not even edible. $18 for two items and a drink and it went in the garbage. Wish I’d checked out the reviews here first!

Not HAPPY!. I drove from Livingston NW to the food court. I ordered rice and fish and the fish was bad. Seems like they sold the previous day fish. I tried calling the number on the website and it was not working as I did not want to take the food back in front of other customers. I had no choice but to drive back and complain about the food and they were not apologetic or show any form of compassion. They just said take something else. Truly felt like reporting them to the authorities.

Absolutely unacceptable. Upon starting my order, the server started a conversation with someone who clearly wasn't a customer. It was absolute chit chat for 5 min. She kept saying these half ass 'sorries'. Finally I got my order started but again I was interrupted by the same person wanting to talk to the server. Her co-workers all stared at her knowing this was bad service. I can see why so many reviews for this place are 1 star.

We ordered $40 worth of food it was inedible totally gross...pork was black and tasted like starch when we took it back to counter with 2 dishes with maybe 3 bites out of the order ... they refused to refund any money refund . Highly recommend you spend money elsewhere

People here are not friendly. Not even a half smile. I asked for an extra plate and the teller was very rude: no plate, use the lid as a plate. Rice? Undercooked. Hard to chew. Teriaky chicken? Super salty. Mixed vegetables? More like mixed cabbage. It looks to be a family business, but it's a grumpy family. #neveragain

Ate here for years my go to place at crossiron for food. Today when my daughter wanted to try a new item she had never had before we were refused a small sample to see if she would like it. Good going managment you saved 10 cents of food and lost $500 of yearly income I'll eat elsewhere now.

I found a hair in the food. The server was so “nice” to provide some more rice in return. Hahaha!

Flaming Wok has a 1.4-star rating and honestly, that feels generous. I figured I’d give them a chance anyway (huge mistake). Ordered teriyaki chicken and sesame chicken and got what tasted like it had been sitting in the back since the Stone Age.

The chicken was mushy, squishy, and weirdly wet, like it was steamed in disappointment. Fried? Nah. More like sad, soggy regret with a hint of old grease.

If you’re into ancient poultry and flavorless regret, this is your spot. Otherwise, run. Fast.
