Despite the long lines store is extremely well managed and staff is super friendly. Also yummy drinks and waffles.

I usually stick to brown sugar milk tea and rarely try other flavours, but this mango smoothie with popping pearls completely changed my mind. It was super refreshing, not too sweet, and the mango flavour was actually so refreshing. The pearls popped with every sip and added the perfect burst of flavour. Definitely my new favourite now.

“Regular ice” should be replaced with “Watery”

Ordered a drink with 30% ice, and got the drink with more than half a cup of ice…..

I usually bought some taro smoothies and some taro milk teas here although my only complaint is that the taro itself is so bland that I cant really taste the taro at all like it’s just ice and cream or milk. hopefully they change the recipe for the taro flavored drink or even change the distributor since I think that’s also the problem.

In this order I asked if I can add one more scoop of taro powder and it’s still bland and tastes like dirt/ wood?… better than the original taro drink but still..

They forgot my pearls, instead of redoing they just opened it and put the pearls in.

Highly recommend this location for bubble tea. My favourite is always the Panda Milk foam and I find that this location makes it best! Always creamy and tasty unlike the flat taste I get from other locations. Highly recommend!

False advertising on the pearls. They say strawberry and mango pearls but they only actually have the jellies. The pearls are the ones that pop in your mouth, not the big chunks these guys put in.

Edit (seeing as I can't reply): I know there is a difference but the product in the drink is quite literally different than pictured. I did speak with staff. I have had a lot of boba and everyone in my party confirmed what I am saying and was disappointed.

I was looking for specific bubble that is Manago bubble tea that was not in tea list but i explained them and they did superb job in it. I really like it very good experience staff is so humble and pleasant. ❤️

Service was wonderful from the older man! Very kind. The taro from the brownie series wasn’t the best, but family enjoyed their drinks as we went around the mall.

The staff here are so nice! They were SO busy on a Friday night before Christmas and the male employee still smiled and made jokes with me at the till. Then the lady who made my drink took the time to make sure I knew to shake my drink before inserting the straw and thanked me. I find normally staff and these sorts of businesses go on auto-pilot, especially at the end of the day and especially when it’s so busy. But these employees were all lovely! And the drink was delicious too!

Always a good experience here and obviously the menu is amazing 👍🏼
