Horrible staff. They were making fun of my boyfriend while he was speaking on the phone mimicking him and overall laughing and once they noticed i was looking they all had a guilty face especially the guy that was flaring his hands around to mimic my boyfriend.

The bubble tea is tasty and flavourful. Great selection and staff are very friendly. Pricing is decent and the pearls are great size. Side note order was taken incorrectly but the staff was quick to make the change and refund no questions asked. Wow. Customer service is alive at Gong Cha. Love it.

One of Gong Cha stall in the middle of the Cross Iron Mall walk way. Friendly staff and fast service. Enjoyed our bubble tea fix in the afternoon. Also tried out the feature Mango Grapefruit Smoothie. Quite nice.

Waited 20 mins for 1 drink . They forgot about my mobile order . I had to walked up to them aftering waiting 10 mins already . Otherwise I probably would of waited forever not just 20 mins . They didn't even care or apologize don't recommend this place. If they apologize I would of let it go cause human do made mistake but what I'm mad at is the customer service attitude ?

This is one of the best bubble milk tea places I have been to. The tapioca balls are the perfect chewiness and the drinks are not too sweet. The tea aroma is strong and every drink is made to perfection. Customer service is always happy to answer any questions and give suggestions.

Customer service is good and friendly. I got the new milk foam ginger bread milk tea and I’m not sure if it was made differently, but this drink does not taste like ginger bread but instead it is minty, and not like a peppermint way but like toothpaste, sadly. Otherwise the gingerbread shape bottles are super cute!
