Marble Slab

I visited Marble Slab Ice Cream at CrossIron on 4th Jan ,,Saturday at 8:45 PM. The staff was about to close, and the girl cleaning the counter told me they were closing soon and could only serve plain ice cream with toppings. I mentioned I had a birthday coupon that was set to expire on January 5th. She asked for my ID, which I showed her. After reviewing it, she told me the coupon was only valid on my actual birthday, not after. I pointed out that the coupon stated it expired on the 5th, which was the next day. I requested to speak with a manager, and she told me she was the supervisor on duty. I explained that if the coupon is only valid on the day of your birthday, it should clearly state that. She seemed unwilling to serve me, citing that they were closing and finishing up cleaning. If the coupon has such restrictions, it should be clearly mentioned.

I visited marble slab at CrossIron today and my experience was amazing, they custom made my ice cream and I took it in a waffle cone. By far my favourite place to come for sugar cravings.

I recently visited marble slab and was really disappointed with the experience first of all the selection and the toppings look stale and didn’t seem fresh and she put nothing in our cups at all like she put a little half scoop like you can’t put more than that on top of that. The worker serving to me was incredibly annoying and her face her face just made me mad. She has such a board expression, barely spoke and she did not want to be there and she was very rude. I was expecting much more from my favourite ice cream company and it didn’t live up to the hype today and it really ruined as it was my birthday today and I will definitely not be going back. They should be shut down forever and that worker should be fired. And to add onto that disastrous mess, two ice creams should not be $17.00

This location has incredibly horrible service, the workers don’t communicate efficiently at all. A worker was tending to my sister (16) and she ordered a rocky road, another worker kept pressing her and asking what she’d like even after my sister told her that she ordered already, the worker would not listen. In the end my sister told the second worker what she ordered with the FIRST worker and they both made her order and the first lady charged her for BOTH ice creams yet gave her one, threw away the second ice cream, and just moved on. Service is absolute garbage, hire better people, do better.
