Don’t go there very rude behaviour

We decided to try this place for the first time instead of our usual Marble Slab, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. Not a single staff member greeted us or seemed happy to be there. Even the older lady, who appeared to be the manager or owner, didn’t acknowledge customers.

The ice cream we were shown and sampled was completely different from what we were actually served. When we tried to mention this, the staff didn’t seem interested in listening or addressing our concern. It felt as though they just wanted to hand out whatever they had prepared, take the payment, and move on.

Our kids didn’t enjoy the ice cream at all as it did not appeared to be the same what was being displayed.
We won’t be returning to this place.

Lady behind counter handled a cash sale then she was going to make our order. We told her she should wash her hands before touching our order. She put one hand under water than came back. We told her she needs to use soap and water for both hands.She disagreed. We walked away with out buying anything. No food safety here.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would have given 0. This is the worst Marble Slam Creamy location! The lady working has no manners at all. And the ice cream were not properly stored with to the right temperature for ice creams. 2 minutes later, all my ice cream melted like milk.

Ordered 2 large and only about a little more than half of the cup was filled with ice cream.

Don't buy ice cream here. Buy at Purdy's or Rocky Road Mountains instead.

Waste of money.

I was attended by a very kind woman. The ice cream were absolutely delicious and pretty fast service.

Very good service by them .. Even at closing time they give me the icecream.. Very good staaf 👍.

Marble Slab never disappoints—creamy ice cream, endless mix-ins, and a cozy vibe. What made my visit extra special was the girl working there; she was kind, cheerful, and really made the experience feel personal. Great service paired with delicious treats is the perfect combo. I stopped by Marble Slab today and had such a great experience! The ice cream was fresh, creamy, and full of flavor, but what really stood out was the amazing service. The girl working behind the counter was so friendly, patient, and welcoming—she made the visit even better. Her positive energy and smile really added to the experience. Definitely coming back soon!

I had such a great experience at Marble Slab! I came in on Sunday a little after closing time around 6:45, and the girl working was so kind and still served me with a smile. I really appreciated her friendly attitude and great service. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Worst customer service. We went the store around 20 -15 mints before closing. But they sent us back and the girl who is cleaning the counter behave rudely and sent back saying the store is closed even her co worker the turban guy asked her to gave us the order but she said no nd told him that why he being crazy. When we left the store nd they serve other customers and we were at the next store looking why they are serving other but not us. They make us feeling very disappointing.

The girl sent us back saying in very rude tone that the store is closed and even the guy in turban is saying to give order but she sent us back and behave rudely. When we left the store they gave orders to another customers and making us feel very disappointed.

I went today at this store with my friends it was around 5:45 at that time and the girl who was cleaning the counter she is very rude and sent us back even without knowing our order that was very disappointing experience for us even the turban guy want to take our order but she dined.

Terrible service, the worst location I’ve been to. Cashier was constantly trying to upsell and did not even ask if we wanted toppings. I had to ask him to take it out of the cone and add the toppings. Ice cream was runny and already melted. Girls at the front are also extremely rude and have a bad attitude. You all need some serious customer service training.
