was in there order a milkshake, when the manger of this store came over interrupted me and the lovely lady helping me. i couldn’t hear much but i did hear her threaten to fire her employees. regardless if they may have done something that requires being fired, being yelled at in front of a busy mall super isn’t a part of it. horrible manger over there!

Whenever I buy in this specific store, they never get my order right. Staff here are always panicking and seemed like they will always try to rush you. This branch is also very dirty. Just yesterday, we went to this branch and the lady in the cashier just threw all the receipts at the floor, scattering it everywhere. I’ve been seeing a lot of bad reviews especially from the old lady of this store, and that is legit. She is the worst.

Bought an ice cream this afternoon for my daughter. They gave my daughter a used disposable spoon with stains on it. i was so furious about the spoon. after i turned around i saw the same lady wash the disposable spoon and place it on the same bucket where she got the spoon she just gave me. Theyve been washing used disposable spoons and reusing it. After charging 10 bux for a scoop if icecream WHY DO THEY NEED TO CHEAP OUT ON DISPOSABL SPOONS!!!!!!!!!!! I talked to the service crew and she said she taught the DISPOSABLE spoon was unused. Reporting this to AHS

Poor, rushed service, without care or respect of customer. Get 'er done, while not knowing your correct order, poorly mixed ice cream recipe, no napkins offered, no receipt. See ya. All for an exorbitant $8.95 per cup. The bright artificial colored ice cream should have caused us pause. Will not return.

Cone was good, ice cream tasty. Asked for a dipped cone and 2 scoops. Told no problem. I said i didn't want the two icecream flavors mixed together. He scooped it into a cup and tried handing it to me. I of course reminded him of the cone. And asked for cotton candy fizz in my icecream. He scooped it into the cone and sprinkled a couple pieces of candy on top. As a very pregnant woman who really wanted ice cream I am suoer disappointed in the customer service tonight. ? I thought it was marble slab not 2 scoops of icecream. Bit overpriced for half mixed flavours and no actual mixed toppings....

The Marble Slab creamery franchises in Calgary and Edmonton are run by horrible people. Never had a great experience in any location, this location specifically over charged my boyfriend. 19$ for one ice cream. It’s been my experience that these stores are run by truly bad people who take advantage of others. This is not the first time. If Marble Slab contacts me I have proof. I hope you enjoy the profits you get from overcharging gullible and polite people.

Hi sir I was behind you the staff member scaled wrong ice cream which is the wrong size and the manager corrected her and nobody is wrong I think you should try to cooperate with others. If you want a big size then order it before don't blame others afterwards.The owner is really good and nice lady as she cares for her staff members. Don't blame anybody. The ice cream is really good there and everyone should try it.
