Haven't been to milestones in a couple years but wow they upped their game, we had the parm fries and then sirloin steaks with veggies and salad and it way exceeded my expectations! And happy hour till 6, we got a half price bottle of wine ;) will be back for sure.

I want to say nice things about this dining experience, and while the interactions that we had were pleasant, they were unfortunately few and far between. Our order was taken by two different people, brought out by another, and when it came time for our bill I had to ask one of the hostesses because I didn't even know who our server was to ask them. Whoever leads this team needs to do some work on guest experiences because this one left myself and the five others with me, seriously disappointed.

The dinner was fantastic. The atmosphere was great. The service was outstanding. Love this place, particularly CrossIron.

Food was good but service was horrible!!!! Took the waiter 35 minutes and one reminder to come acknowledge us and that wasn't even to take our drink order.

Super busy on Valentines Day, so we didn't get seated until 45-55 minutes after our reservation time.

Took 15 minutes past reservation time to be seated. 1 hour to receive our food . Waitress never checked on us or asked us if food is good.

We ordered the steak sandwich and were very disappointed. The teryaki flavored sauce overpowered the steak. The casear salad was soggy. We say our waitress twice. When we ordered the meal and at the end. Not very friendly. Requested refill drinks never arrived. When we didn't leave a tip, she was pretty snooty.

Keep in mind it was Valentine's Day and they were chaoticly busy however, my steak was overcooked so I sent it back and it took quite a while to get a new steak as it was very busy. Second steak was cooked even more than the first. so I ordered a different steak all together By the time my food came, my husband‘s meal was cold. We pretty much took turns eating and spent way too long there. We asked for the tub only to be told if you stay for dessert dessert will be covered, but it was late and I needed to work the next day so we had to leave no discounts or anything just a not great experience and I can't say that we'll ever go back  at least not for a special occasion meal What a waste 

Experience was mediocre at best. - Steaks were NOT Keg level of taste, but charged Keg price. - Lighting ambiance is all over the place...booth was really dark, yet 6foot away was like a sun room it was so bright. (My 12 year old daughter commented on this) - Service was ok, it was New Year's Eve and it felt like, only one server was on, she was doing her best to try to keep up...no fault of hers. - Food taste/quality vs. cost is Not worth it. - Restraunt was cold

We had a table in the lounge which can be a bit noisier depending on the traffic in the mall. The staff were fantastic and attentive and the food was delish. We love the happy hour and appreciate that it runs until 6!

The food choices are great. The flavours are really good. The service was confusing because we had three or four people serving and when we were ready to leave it took awhile for any of them to notice.

Great service for our family celebrating our daughter's 18th birthday. Food was good as expected but the service was above expectations. Thank you!
