I purchased a muffin and it seemed a bit dry. I guess I must have made a bit of a face while I took my first bite so the gentleman behind the counter asked if I didn’t like it. I mentioned the dryness and right away he remedied the situation and gave me a new muffin. He certainly was kind and his showing of concern seemed genuine. Thank you kind sir.

Service is great, unfortunately our coffee was very light! It seems like they have lowered the amount of coffee to save money, it tastes like water. We throw away the coffee half way.The milk must have been bad as both me and my friend felt sick about one hour after we drank the coffee.The owners should consider doing a quality check on the product, this is expensive coffee to end up in the garbage. Good luck with your business dears.

Don’t go if you need water for a baby bottle!!I was at the mall today and forgot to bring hot water to warm my baby’s bottle. I was thirsty anyways so got myself a latte and asked for hot water for my baby’s milk. The cashier said they charge for the cup, totally understandable, except that the cup is $1! I wrongly assumed it’d be like 25 cents or anything less than $1. I was with a friend and my baby was hungry so I didn’t want to go elsewhere and just paid it. But it’s honestly ridiculous that they charge that much for a cup, especially when you’re already paying for a product from them

I didn't like the experience. I was there yesterday because I knew the coffee shop from Toronto and I like its latte, but the last day was a very disappointing. On the one hand, when I ordered the latte the cashier didn't understand me, he was talking a bit tough and he served me a regular coffee. And later when I came back to comment the mistake, he was keeping tough, he didn't apologize, charged me an extra for the latte and for me surprise this latte didn't have a good flavour neither.

The only good thing I have to say about this place is that they can make good drinks but the customer service is terrible. Me and my friend ordered the drinks we wanted and she informed me that the order was incorrect even though we pointed at the menu item, it was a new item I believe so it had its own special display. He changed it and I paid in cash. He tells the barista to make the drinks and the barista looked so miserable working there that I felt bad for him. Meanwhile it took the other guy 10 minutes to count my change, the drinks were done before he gave me my change. Keep in mind that this was my first experience at second cup, the second one wasn’t so appealing either as I wanted to try again as maybe it was an off day. The only difference was that the barista was a different person and I paid with my card instead, otherwise it was the same as the first.
