I recently visited Starbucks and ordered a customized hot drink according to my personal taste. I always appreciate Starbucks for offering the flexibility to customize drinks the way customers prefer.

However, during this visit, I had an uncomfortable experience. While one of the female staff members was preparing my drink, she showed my cup and its ingredients to her colleague, Mr. Kent, and both started laughing at my order. This behaviour felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Regardless of how unique or different an order may seem, every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect.

I understand that everyone can have a light moment at work, but such conduct towards a customer’s personal choice is inappropriate and disappointing, especially from a brand known for its friendly and inclusive service. I sincerely hope Starbucks management will look into this incident seriously and provide a reminder to staff about maintaining professionalism and customer respect at all times.

I’ve always valued Starbucks for its welcoming environment, and I hope that future visits reflect the high standards the company is known for.

I like starbucks maccha latte tea and cappuccino also latte. I didn't try all menu but banana loaf, cinnamon coffee cake, cheese Danish,Madeleines and chicken pocket this one's are also good. Shopping in crossiron with starbucks coffee i love it

I just asked for a small water, and the cashier told me that I needed to purchase something first before he would give me water. Seriously? Just for water? It wasn't even busy at that time, and there was no line. The server was a guy that day, October 5, 2025, around 6:50 PM. I'm a regular customer at that location, but I didn't buy anything that day. I will never come to this location again. Terrible service!

I went to Starbucks on the other day to claim my birthday reward, and I recieved such kind and welcoming service! It made the day even more special! I wish I had gotten the name of the barista because she was so lovely and receptive. Service was quick (also to be expected of the morning slowness but even still) and every employee I came into conversation with was so nice! I've been to this Starbucks many times and have never had a bad experience no matter how busy, but this one stood out to me for sure. So just wanted to give a shout-out to the girls working this Thursday morning! Thank you for making my day 🥰❤️

My experience here was amazing, the gorgeous barista, Isha, was super friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. She was very professional and sweet, and got my order to me perfectly 🤓 Even while it was very busy she handled the till and the bar wonderfully and everything came out perfect 👌

Super disappointed in the carelessness of the staff. I’m severely allergic to dairy and always order my drinks with oat milk, and after drinking about a quarter of my latte I realized it tasted off and had regular milk. My sister ordered the exact same drink with oat milk and could taste the difference. The sticker on my drink even said “add oat base” so it was completely disregarded by the barista. I’m dealing with a reaction now as a result. I’ve been to many Starbucks locations in the city but this is the first time this has happened, and I recommend customers double check before grabbing their drinks because you can not trust them at this location.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Starbucks.
My husband placed an order for all of us – he got his coffee, my son got his cookie, and I asked for just a cup of water. Simple, right? Apparently not for this location.
While I was waiting over 20 minutes – dehydrated, lightheaded, and honestly close to fainting – I kept watching the staff casually blend smoothies and chat while ignoring my request. When I finally asked, “Where’s my water?”, they told me I needed to place an order. I explained it had been ordered – 20 minutes ago. Their response? “Then wait.”
Wait?! For water?! I wasn't asking for a triple-mocha unicorn latte. I was literally begging for hydration.
This is unacceptable. Watching people suffer while refusing to hand over a basic human necessity is beyond unprofessional – it’s inhumane.
In the end, I had to leave and buy a bottle of water from a neighboring store just to stop myself from passing out.

Absolutely disgraceful. Shame on you, Starbucks. Do better.

Very disappointed! I ordered exactly same thing with last time, but the cup was not even full this time. I asked the staff why and they told me because I ordered less ice. However l just copied the recipe, how could it be so different. And the staff was so rude, saying the only thing she can do is to add ice. Whattttt?!

On Wednesday, January 26, I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks Crossiron. The guy working there was friendly, but the girl was rude when I asked for water. She made a face and said, 'Next time, you should order everything at once.' The store wasn't busy, so it seemed unnecessary. As someone who works in customer service, I always try to be polite, and this behavior was uncalled for. Hopefully, she’ll improve her attitude in the future.
