My experience here was amazing, the gorgeous barista, Isha, was super friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. She was very professional and sweet, and got my order to me perfectly 🤓 Even while it was very busy she handled the till and the bar wonderfully and everything came out perfect 👌

Super disappointed in the carelessness of the staff. I’m severely allergic to dairy and always order my drinks with oat milk, and after drinking about a quarter of my latte I realized it tasted off and had regular milk. My sister ordered the exact same drink with oat milk and could taste the difference. The sticker on my drink even said “add oat base” so it was completely disregarded by the barista. I’m dealing with a reaction now as a result. I’ve been to many Starbucks locations in the city but this is the first time this has happened, and I recommend customers double check before grabbing their drinks because you can not trust them at this location.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Starbucks.
My husband placed an order for all of us – he got his coffee, my son got his cookie, and I asked for just a cup of water. Simple, right? Apparently not for this location.
While I was waiting over 20 minutes – dehydrated, lightheaded, and honestly close to fainting – I kept watching the staff casually blend smoothies and chat while ignoring my request. When I finally asked, “Where’s my water?”, they told me I needed to place an order. I explained it had been ordered – 20 minutes ago. Their response? “Then wait.”
Wait?! For water?! I wasn't asking for a triple-mocha unicorn latte. I was literally begging for hydration.
This is unacceptable. Watching people suffer while refusing to hand over a basic human necessity is beyond unprofessional – it’s inhumane.
In the end, I had to leave and buy a bottle of water from a neighboring store just to stop myself from passing out.

Absolutely disgraceful. Shame on you, Starbucks. Do better.

Very disappointed! I ordered exactly same thing with last time, but the cup was not even full this time. I asked the staff why and they told me because I ordered less ice. However l just copied the recipe, how could it be so different. And the staff was so rude, saying the only thing she can do is to add ice. Whattttt?!

On Wednesday, January 26, I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks Crossiron. The guy working there was friendly, but the girl was rude when I asked for water. She made a face and said, 'Next time, you should order everything at once.' The store wasn't busy, so it seemed unnecessary. As someone who works in customer service, I always try to be polite, and this behavior was uncalled for. Hopefully, she’ll improve her attitude in the future.

Easily the worst Starbucks in the Calgary area. I waited 20 mins in store for an order I made 10 mins prior to anrrival and they told me my order was “in progress”. I just left. I’m sure my review means nothing, but this location is worth avoiding.

I work at the mall and am a loyal Starbucks fan, but this location always disappoints. The service is slow and they are very understaffed and I spent my entire break waiting for a grande pink drink. I waited for 10 minutes for the barista to put my drink down behind the counter (I’m not able to take that obviously) and then walk away to talk to the other 2 people working. There are atleast 10 people in line and 15 waiting for orders and there is no hustle in the work. When the barista came back 5 minutes later i had to go up and receive an unpleasant look while asking for my drink that was still behind the counter. I will definitely be visiting this location less, as the service has repeatedly disappointed me. But I will say the drink are always made right (bare minimum I guess), but they do make their drinks well.

We came here last night when it wasn’t busy. We weren’t greeted by the barista. I ordered a hot cocoa. And, even though we were the only ones at the shop, the order took a very long time. Another lady arrived shortly afterwards, and they gave her her order while we kept waiting.

After a while, we noticed that my order was ready and it was left on the counter. They didn’t even let us know it was ready, and it just sat there getting cold. Very disappointing service. The hot cocoa was delicious, but due to the poor customer service by the baristas, we won’t be returning.

Worst Starbucks experience at this location inside Indigo shop in Cross Iron mills in last 12 years of being a loyal Starbucks customer. Server working at this location do not have any basic manners or are not humble at all. Server named Prabhleen started arguing with me about scanning for recharge in the app before asking for a purchase. I tried not to stretch the argument but she kept on arguing over and over again for about 5 mins. Finally, I had to leave the place without ordering. Starbucks need to hire for a better attitude workforce.

People working at this place do not have any basic manners or are not humble at all. I ordered a drink and a glass of water, the girl working there refused and said when receipt will print I will only give it to you then, I waited for atleast 5-7 minutes and asked again, she smiled very cunningly as if she was mocking me and asked her so call supervisor “Aleen” was maybe her name, and the girl there was so rude, I am posting this on August 31 at 4:30 pm, please ask the employees to be atleast a little humble as they are getting paid for it and not doing it for free and we are also paying for the drinks or water and not asking it for free. Its not that hard to give a cup of water to someone especially when they ordered it on till and still not getting it with the rest of their order. RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOUR

I ordered 2 drinks and I went to the barista and asked for a glass of water while I was waiting for my drinks. She asked me if i could get back in line to order a glass of water, i understand this place is very busy but I couldn’t phantom the fact that she asked me to get back in line to get a GLASS OF WATER!!
I didn’t bother to get back in line, I grabbed my drinks and walked away. If this is the type of customer service that I’m getting then I am definitely never coming back here ever again.
