Taco bell is my favorite place

I have to say this location has never disappointed me..went there today july 14 at 3:45 it was fairly busy and the young lady was fabulous..she took my order,confirmed it and when it was given to me again she confirmed my order..and everything was great..she is absolutely great 👏

I usually come here during my break, the staff and crew are always jolly and they know me already so I feel like I'm one of their friend. As usual, great food and great service. Keep it up, guys!

I asked for cheese and bean quesadillas and she gave me a burrito and when I told her she started arguing with me instead of showing calmness and customer service it happened on 7:45pm on the day of Saturday 12july

Got the crunch wrap supreme, if you like lettuce and sour cream wrapped up in a tortilla then this is for you. There is supposed to be beef in it, I had to open it to find the miniscule amount in there.

Amazing customer service. Pleasant, smiling. Great communication skills. Even their eyes were glowing when they were smiling. It was kind and inviting and only 30 minutes or an hour into my Calgary trip and I'm super pleased with the staff at this location and the food was phenomenal

Food was mediocre, exceptionally small portions. Service was fantastic, and fast. Girl at the till was very pleasant and spoke according to the loud surroundings so that you could hear.

The customer service was not very good, worker looked miserable to be there. Food was very poor. My quesadilla was hardly cut then my cheese sauce was literally half full as well as my nacho fries were not so nacho. And my fries supreme was not supreme as the portion was pitiful. The price to food ratio is just not it. If you want to actually be full after spending 36 dollars for two people go somewhere else.

My girlfriend and I ordered online on a Tuesday at 8:00pm and got an email confirmation that it will be ready at 8:18pm. We arrived at 8:25 and they had told us to wait on the side. It was not that busy when we arrived and we waited for 15 more minutes while watching skip/doordash drivers get their orders before us. We were under the impression that online orders were priority and the food should be ready or close to ready by the time the customer arrives. So after the 15 minute wait we asked again how long it will take for the order to be ready, no answer but they were working on it. It seemed like they only started it after making us wait for 15-20 minutes extra AFTER the pickup time, and then ANOTHER 15 minutes after that it was ready. On top of that, no apologies and just give and go. I have worked in the restaurant industry and I understand the pressure that comes with it, but this was absolutely unacceptable considering all the variables given. They had more than enough time to prepare the order for the arrival of the customer and failed miserably because the team was not paying attentive detail. I had seen them forget an item for a DoorDash/skip driver and tried to call them back while they were walking away. Also, when we opened up our order they had given us a regular fries instead of what we had ordered which was a nachos supreme beef fries which we paid extra dollars for. I would not put 3 people that cannot organize and communicate properly with each other to work on a taco Tuesday.

Last night, I stopped by Taco Bell for a quick bite. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme, a Doritos Locos Taco, and a Baja Blast. The service was fast, and the food was hot and tasty. That Crunchwrap hit just right—crispy, cheesy, and filling. It was the perfect late-night comfort meal.
