Extremely bad customer service
The woman taking orders was very rude and unhelpful
She didn’t even say hi and no smiles on her face
I thought she doesn’t know how to smile but she was smiling when she was talking with staffs there
When I ordered Pad Thai with Tofu in it she was asking me if egg is okay
So I answered egg is good because I am not a strict vegetarian
But they made me Pad Thai with chicken in it
I was so disappointed but didn’t bother to ask them to correct my order
Because I didn’t want to face her again
Just tried to pick chicken out and finished only half of them
I will never go back there

I bought a bowl of General Thairacha with chicken. Everyone was good except chicken. Chicken was so hard that i could not chew it properly. I dont know if you can see the inside colour of the chicken in the picture. It was stale. I should have read reviews before buying food here. I thought this location was in the mall so the food would be fresh here. Nobody should eat this food. I gave 2 stars for just rice and vegetables.

Chicken pad Thai ordered to go. Got tough hard to chew beef, to go. Was disappointed dealing with recent dental surgery.....ouch.

Ordered a stir fry from Thai Express and absolutely loved it—flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked! The staff were really welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even better. Will definitely be coming back!

Good taste

Just got a small Tom yum soup and was shocked to see only two pieces of shrimp, and got charged $8.10 for it, will not buy this again from here. Soups is mediocre, but te amount of food they give you for $8.00 is absurd.

Cashier is very rude

Extremely bad customer serviced ,even though who made my order asked for my pad thai to be mild spicy however I din’t get what I requested.

Why does the "beef" on the general thai taste like dog food? Almost no vegetables. Overall flavour is just strange and the ingredients are not fresh. Two thumbs wayyyyyyy down. I'm not even joking when I say this is some of the most disgusting food I've ever eaten. It's that bad
