I was not happy with the food at Crossiron mall. I ordered vegetarian option and got the bill with chicken . I told the person that I had mentioned no meat or egg. They just told they would make it what I wanted. The food was very bad, no veg, too much of sweet sauce too. They took the price with chicken n didn’t even change it. Thai express was very good before …. but not anymore.

The fried rice tasted like it flavoured with syrup. The cashier had an an awful attitude. She has no idea of what it means to give good service. The only reason I continued to order from there was because my mother wanted to. Hopefully my stomach doesn’t hurt later.

We were unlucky to visit and eat at this place. Food was disaster, totally bad, tom yam was only water with lemon taste. 15$ only one soup and taste is gross , tamrin chilli also cost 15$ and it was taste less and very small portion if comparing with the price. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! Cheating people

Horrible taste! Curry meat should never be battered. No taste. I have to get a lot of salt and pepper. Expensive AF too, like $20 for a curry full of big potatoes and carrots??? LOL. There is nothing THAI about this joint.

I love Thai express but this location disappoints. Staff were rude from taking your order to handing your food. It’s so sad that it’s our go to restaurant whenever we’re at the mall. But with the attitude they’re giving I don’t think I still want to come back. I asked for additional chillies on the side, instead they just rolled their eyes on me and just gave me super little chillies you couldn’t even taste it. Fried rice tastes burnt food. Update on my experience again… Very poor customer service. I wonder how the cashier works all day rolling her eyes at customers! So today my husband was craving for pad thai and I decided to give it a chance. It was still the same. My husband asked for chillies on the side and the cashier said they're not allowed to give it on the side so we said just mix it in our food then. We'd be happy to pay for extra chillies to be honest. We head home and ate our food but there's no spice in our food-- at all!! Just regular tasting pad thai. I've lost my appetite. The cook said he added chillies in it but the taste is blant! My fried rice is burnt again, as usual. I swear I wouldn’t go back at this store again.

I asked the ( filipino cook w/ tatoo) to have an extra fork. But instead of giving me, He told me to go back to the cashier and ask for extra fork. For me that’s rude and no consideration for helping the customers need.

Food poisoning from Chicken Pad Thai on Thursday January 12th at 6 pm. Started to feel very nauseous about 20 -30 minutes after eating and won’t get into the details but even after throwing up several times the onslaught continues. Had food poisoning once before many years ago and knew right away what was happening and what i was in for which was a bad night at my hotel room. Tried to call the number on the receipt and website to let them know and of course it is out of service. Definitely ruined my road trip to Cross Iron Mills, hopefully feel better in the morning… No Food Safe going on there evidently!

Staff are very rude from start to finish. Hadn’t decided on meal so she asked me to go to the back of the line even though I had already asked the one family behind me, and they weren’t ready yet either. I quickly ordered what she suggested and didn’t notice she had typed in the wrong number until I had paid and was waiting for food. She typed in something that had multiple ingredients I do not like, so asked her to correct it and get me the correct meal. She rolled her eyes and told the cooks, who also seemed annoyed. I would have taken the other meal if it was something I would have enjoyed but not going to take whatever you feel like cooking just because it is an inconvenience to fix your own mistakes. Food came out very good, just wish I could have had it without the attitude.

Terrible customer service. Wasn’t asked about spice levels or offered any condiments. When we requested condiments it was tossed at us. Taste was awful. Usually we enjoy Thai Express but this one tasted only like regret.

Beware of potential transaction fraud! I ordered a vegetable fried rice. Had my toddler crying in my arms. I get to the table and see in my apple wallet I was charged 143$ instead of 13.43$. I went back to the cash and asked for a correction. They complied didn’t seem so surprised. I would have believed it was an honest mistake until the lady at the cash today (Aug 16 2022) answered saying “you must have a lot of money, you didn’t even notice the overcharge”. I answered with dismay, saying i had a crying child jn my arms. Thanks! Oh and the fried rice had zero taste.
