The service here is terrible. I can’t believe the coworkers who actually work here. Earlier today, I saw them being very disrespectful to two young teenagers, calling them disgusting names and causing a scene. They gave them the wrong drink and acted like it was entirely their fault. I’m genuinely disappointed and don’t recommend anyone coming to this establishment

Talking about my experience today. I had seen the 2 female workers that being extremely rude to 2 young boys just ordering their drinks. When an older black man had stepped up I had seen one of the workers mutter under her breath what i believe to be the nword. This is completely shocking knowing that I had not done anything in the moment. I hope my review will reach the right people and take the proper precautions in stepping forward. This used to be my favourite boba place it’s hard to be an Alley enjoyer just like it is hard to be a Dallas mavericks fan. I don’t want to bandwagon but I might have to take my business to coco!

I witnessed two young men being heckled and disrespected, and it was heartbreaking to see them stand there awkwardly and insecurely. The workers seemed completely unbothered, which is unacceptable and warrants a conversation with their manager. To make matters worse, the two Asian girls serving us got our drinks wrong and had the audacity to blame it on the two young men. I'm appalled and will never return to this establishment, and I would advise others to avoid it as well.

I am pissed. The two female workers were giving me attitude that was uncalled for. I had wonderful day until those two had to ruin it. If I am not mistaken, I definitely saw one of the girls say the nword under their breath which makes me feel disgusted. No one should be able to experience this type of behaviour, it is not right to be going around and be disrespectful to customers who are ordering, aside from the fact that I felt judged based on the colour of my skin. I hope these workers get fired!

Waited at the front of the line for 15 minutes while the staff bustled about wiping other cups and reading labels and purposefully ignoring me (and the forming line), only to be told they don't give out cups of water. I offered to pay but they wouldn't give me water. What kind of bubble tea shop doesn't have water? Isn't water a basic human necessity?

The DQ next door gladly gave me water for free.

Quite upsetting.

We ordered our boba thinking it would be amazing but when they gave us the boba we asked if we could have it patched and not a lid that can be taken off so pretty much we asked for the boba to be sealed. She with such a rude way took the boba rolled her eyes and said next time let us know so we don't waste our resources in such a rude way. Just so you know during our order when we were ordering she never asked us if we want a lid or sealed and this disappointed me. This wasn't my first bad encounter because once I also ordered the same order the tiramisu crunch only to be shocked when I tasted it that it tasted different so I went and asked and she said ohh yeah well we just changed the recipe and the ingredients for it without informing me before.

The lady who worked closing on the cashier tonight was very rude, and upfront disrespectful, she didn’t even hide it! We were 7 minutes before their closing time to order, I felt bad and also experienced this a lot from working in customer service, so I thought I should just tip them $10 for thanking them for still receiving our order at that time left, last time I worked and still let a customer in 5 minutes before closing the store I remembered how thankful I was when they tip and are grateful… sadly some people are just narrow minded and selfish thinking they’re the only people who are having a bad day and think that they’re the only ones dealing with customer service… come on, don’t be so fast to shoo customers rudely by slamming the cash registers MULTIPLE TIMES, and the two other staffs were looking concern at the cashier too for being hot tempered and banging on the cashier register so many times…

It didn’t even pass 9pm when we received our drinks, good job serving the last customer quickly tho appreciate the fast service they have tonight… but when I tipped $10 to them, they just looked at me and not wanting to get it… I told them “it’s a tip, thank you” they just stayed silent and looked at me blankly down and up… that’s when I knew they did something, or at least something out of the ordinary with our drinks… I see people who work in customer services when they feel bad/speechless/unhappy with receiving a tip is usually because they know something they did something that they just regretted after tipping…

When we passed by the store again, and checked if they took the tip still and hopefully did not just leave it there out of guilt, but gladly they kept it and hopefully they change their mindset with customers ordering 5 minutes before closing time to never be rude to them so quickly…

If you have problems with a toxic workplace that doesn’t give you enough paid time to close for an extra 10-20 minutes staying in store then don’t put that anger and disrespect out towards your customers… talk to the management about it and give you extra pay for staying more in closing…

Unless you’re paid extra minutes after closing to still serve customers ‘til 9pm and can be paid to clean everything after the customer for an extra half an hour? And still be a rude ahh bish to customers? Gurl then find another job that doesn’t involve customer service, if you can’t then suck it up… you’re not the only one having a bad day, and the fact a customer still tips you after all that slamming right in front of us, slamming the cash register and slamming the equipments for the drinks? Either that girl needs to be talked out and someone teach her about customer service all over again OR fire her out and customer service is not for her OR maybe the management of this branch/company are very toxic to their staffs and cutting their salary shorter by forcing them to stay open and serving til 9pm but needs to be out by 9pm too at the same time WHILE having everything cleaned already by that time too so they’re forced to stay longer unpaid by the management/owner…

The “Crunchy Tiramisu Milk Tea” was the most recent drink I wanted to try. I forgot to inquire if any of it is tea, but it’s actually more of a very thick slushy that reminds me of a chocolate frosting with slight tiramisu flavour. It’s not very sweet but just very creamy. The pearls are chewy “QQ” but lack flavour. I find the price to be on the higher end especially for most of them coming in only a single size (Regular). Time and time again I am neutral about their drinks, not awful but not extraordinary. Would not really go out of my way to buy. 😕

Really good cafe/tea shop. Lots of variety on the menu, good atmosphere, and friendly service ! Got the passion fruit green tea and it was super refreshing.
