I love the alley so much! Staffs are very welcoming and friendly and never fails when it comes to bringing out excellent customer service. There’s a girl that works there with glasses I believe Sarah’s her name, shes the sweetest girl there and never fails to make me laugh whenever i visit. She has great suggestions when it comes to bubble teas specially for people who have no idea what to get. So definitely try this location out!

This place sucks, obviously the staff are working hard but the premise is 'flawed' as how are 2 people supposed to rush make all these complicated drinks.I ordered the Tiramisu drink and its took 12mins to make, typically you would warn people it takes that long because its 12mins and when I received my order it was basically 7$ for a chocolate milk.

Denied tap water. The young clerk gave me (Senior) some sad story about expensive cups and referred me to a vending machine at another location in the mall. I went to Starbucks across the hall and they obliged happily.Later I returned to Starbucks and enjoyed a hot beverage and biscuit. Customers remember where they were treated w/ respect and not a lecture.

Total rip off!! Paid 7$ for a tiny drink (cuz they only let you order a large for like 5 drinks) with barely any pearls!! And the customer service wasn’t great either!! Wont be going back!

I love the Deerioca Ube and the crunchy brown sugar and the tiramisu. It’s a hit or miss though, depending on who makes it. But give this place a try, they have quality boba!
