Today I order online potato veggies and I was waiting for almost 25 min but the literally didn’t respond those who ordered after me their orders were getting ready when I asked them about my order the say the are out of it and the wasted my 25 min break. This time service is literally the worst this isn’t happening 1st time they also did before too.I would like to suggest team please change your employees or teach them to a customer service.

terrible service. took 10 years to give me my food. people who ordered after me received their food before i did and when i asked them about it they got mad at me 👎
Gave me the wrong coffee (never wrote anything on the lid) and then the guy kept arguing and passing comments. It was a guy named Allam. Such terrible attitude and service.
The worse management and broken terminals.
We placed an order through the terminal. It took our gift card balance but didn't proceed with the remaining balance and kicked us out. We tried to get it resolved with the manager, but she didn't know how to resolve it and didn't refund anything. They stole our gift card money, didn't refund anything.

Unbelievably slow service. I lined up to be third in line (app order is not available as I ordered a Chai Tea Latte).
It took 9 minutes to get to the front to order and another 12 to get my tea latte. Seems crazy with 6 employees in view.
Worst TimHortons manager ever she really needs to be fired I ask for one simple thing to order and she goes insane About inventory for 1 cup to add hot water by me purchasing 1 French vanilla with 1 cream and 1 sugar like I’m buying another cup to add hot water cuz it’s to sweet and it’s inventory I don’t care she needs to be fired worst experience ever TimHortans will be sued for everything by hiring that disgusting manager

Worst out of worst that's how my review is, Everytime I go here just to order for one coffee it will takes an hour,staff are like turtles they move so slow,and also the FLIES it's like normal in this store now, I complained about it many times ,to be exact my first complained was last year 2023 they always say I will talk to the manager,and now one year later FLIES are still there,I guess those FLIES got hired there. It's so disgusting coz it's not only one or two or three flies there's lots.I hope you guys will do something about it,coz it's worst.
A few days ago, I was shopping in this mall and saw a familiar Tim Hortons, so I decided to get a coffee. But when I walked in, I found there were more flies than employees, flying around freely on the counter. It was really disgusting.

All I wanted to have nice freshly baked goods for breakfast and guess what the bagel was stale and crumbly, hard to chew on. Don't know what's happening with Tim's quality and standard.
