Umi Sushi Express

Employees casually cooking with their cellphones literally in their hands. I’d avoid this location as they clearly don’t care about food safety.

Shame on you guys.

I ordered a crazy California roll, bento box and everything had such a thick layer of batter on it. It made it inedible when I opened the temporary shrimp they basically dissolved as you opened them. They were quite mushy inside, and I was afraid to eat them.

Definitely would not recommend even for fast food sushi

I ordered a soba noodle and they gave me udon. When I confronted the cook about it she told be it was soba noodles. I know the difference; I guess she doesnt. I won’t be going back.

Never order food from this restaurant! Soup is just soy sauce with hot water and they don't even know what to cook!

The day after eating here I had really bad diarrhea, I never feel sick after eating sushi. I keep running to the bathroom :(

It was our first time trying Umi Sushi Express, and we were really impressed! The restaurant has a sleek and modern look, with bright green decor that feels refreshing and inviting. The staff were super friendly and patient while we decided what to order. The sushi was fresh and delicious—perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. Definitely a great spot for a quick, satisfying sushi fix. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

I like the food and I like the portions. However, this is now the third time I’ve ordered delivery and they’ve neglected to include straws for the bubble tea slushie. It’s not that hard to put straws in with the order and not that many people have wide enough straws at home to consume the beverage otherwise.

The food presentation wise was good but otherwise pretty bland they gave me 2 warm softdrinks that was in the fridge but still warm. Told the staff I had a shellfish allergy for the teriyaki chicken combo either he just didn't care or heard me

Dietary restrictions: The staff just brushed off when I told them I had a shellfish allergy for my combo either he didn't hear it or bothered about it there was the prawn roll on it and I just threw it out

It was actually really flavorful, both the sushi and teriyaki chicken noodles. The only reason I deducted a point was thr chicken had over 5 pieces of bone or cartilage I had to pick out.
