Ordered off Uber eats and the sushi was absolutely disgusting not even edible

The food presentation wise was good but otherwise pretty bland they gave me 2 warm softdrinks that was in the fridge but still warm. Told the staff I had a shellfish allergy for the teriyaki chicken combo either he just didn't care or heard me

Dietary restrictions: The staff just brushed off when I told them I had a shellfish allergy for my combo either he didn't hear it or bothered about it there was the prawn roll on it and I just threw it out

It was actually really flavorful, both the sushi and teriyaki chicken noodles. The only reason I deducted a point was thr chicken had over 5 pieces of bone or cartilage I had to pick out.

It's unfortunate to see rude comments and hear about bad experiences. Personally, I found this place to be fresh and welcoming. They make everything by hand, and the fridge is always stocked with delicious, ready-to-eat sushi. I loved their Crazy California roll!

Successfully failed to keep my promise to not indulge in sushi for 6 months. I’m glad I did after ordering from Umi. Loved the spicy cali roll and the dynamite roll. Packaging was neat and delivery was great.

Terrible place! Never again. They even didn’t peel prawns .

A decent sushi spot at the Crossiron Mills food court. Reasonably priced Japanese sushi and Bento dishes, serving rice, meats, tempura, bubble tea and more! Good service and portions, and tasty, umami food. Check this out when you're shopping and craving something lighter and healthier!

I don't know why all the hate at the place its far better than other sushi mom and pop to be honest , the place has one of the best sushi so far that i tried, Boba is not their specialty . But they're food is good very generous serving so i can't say anything bad. Teriyaki is mediocre. I like their crispy yam fries dipped with spicy mayo.Free sauce over the counter spicy and siracha sauce for complimentary.Overall i would recommend.

My family got food poisoning from this place yesterday. 3 people violently ill. Going to the hospital now.

Shrimp tempura is the worst ramen I've ever eaten. 4ps of shrimps tasteless. The service is bad, they gave me a straight spoon

This place has potential, as the flavours of the rolls are good. But I would likely not give them another chance for a while. Their sushi rolls just fall apart when you try to pick them up and dip them in your soya sauce, making a giant mess. They also use faaaarr too much avocado in their rolls (never thought I’d ever say that), it was basically just a mouth full of avocado. Overall I would not recommend.

Bento - didn't realize the California roll was deep-fried, so gross. Texture and flavour was awful, tasted unfresh and fishy. Edemame and tempera was cold. It's crazy to me that a business would find this quality ok, mall food or not. Honestly, if your goal is to repel repeat business, then good job.
