The customer before us spent almost $75 on his meal and drinks. One of his orders was missing cutlery, so he returned and politely asked for one. Your staff needs to be trained to assist customers without arguing, especially considering the amount of money he had already spent. Instead, they held up the line and told him that next time he would need to pay 20 cents in advance for cutlery. He will likely never return due to such poor service and attitude of your staff And we also decided to leave without ordering.

The two ladies kept talking loudly, it was disturbing and pointing at other people. We asked for a glass of tap water and they said they don’t give any water. Very unfortunate.
