I went to Aritzia briefly the other day to return a pair of linen pants, and an Aritzia employee named Kiran helped me the second I entered the store. She was so kind and friendly, and I was able to get out of the busy store in less than 10 mins. Thank you, Kiran!

long time aritzia buyer, but after today will never go back. they refused a return which was out of the window, however it was a gift and we were not aware of the fact that we had to select it as a gift upon ordering. because of this, they said we could not be considered as a part of the holiday return policy. all but one of the employees we dealt with were rude, and entirely inconsiderate. the policy is absolutely ridiculous considering the time of year, and the way that the employees handled the situation was shameful.

I shopped at this Aritzia location in evening yesterday with my sister while she was shopping I was just observing the employees, we were in store for 1-2 hours . Being a retail employee in similar environment, I could tell that fitting room section was not managed properly. There was this girl with glasses and she was wearing blazer outfit she was so lazy and she was constantly texting and not helpful at all. I gave her bunch of clothes and in front of me she just hung them inside out to take them to the floor. Then while I was in the checkout line. she came there showing her co worker something on her phone laughing. And she is giving unnecessary orders and taking advantage of other employees while she is standing in fitting room station with few other people and all they are doing was just talking Honestly I didn’t expect this kind of behaviour from luxury store like aritzia. Never shopping there again.
“This store is one of the worst Aritzia in city and i had one of the most unprofessional interactions I have ever dealt with — entirely due to the manager’s complete inability to handle a simple situation. They failed to perform a basic task during my purchase by not placing a tag on the item. When I attempted to return it well within the return policy, the manager refused to process it and immediately tried to shift the blame onto me.
She spoke to me as if I was fabricating the issue, despite the fact that the missing tag was the direct result of their mistake — a mistake I even pointed out on the day of purchase, and they still failed to correct it.
When I requested verification through cameras or store records, she claimed she had no access and offered absolutely no solution. A manager with no ability to confirm store procedures, no problem-solving skills, and no willingness to take responsibility is not managing — she is creating unnecessary conflict.
Her behavior was dismissive, condescending, and completely unprofessional. She demonstrated a total lack of accountability and made it clear she was more concerned with defending herself than addressing the issue properly.
I strongly encourage upper management to look into this situation, because customers should not have to deal with a manager who refuses to acknowledge errors, cannot resolve basic problems, and treats people with such disregard.”
Single handedly worst customer experience i’ve ever experienced in an aritzia, EXTREMELY rude blonde girl with a low bun in the change room on the evening of December 1st. would have assumed i stole her firstborn child with the way she treated me when i asked for a different size after she was purposely avoiding me in the change room, rolled her eyes and said nothing to me when i thanked her and all. all i got was a “sorry” from the cashiers when i brought up my concerns. in hindsight i wish i had bought my times from a different location after looking at the reviews and seeing this was not a “one off” experience. highly recommend you go to literally any other location. The managers here have clearly let this place go and do not have a single care in the world about how their store treats customers. I hope head office intervenes soon.

The workers here were so kind. Everyone was very welcoming, I was mostly helped by Charlotte and she was so sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond with helping me especially when I wanted to try on lots of clothes and helped me find what looked good on me!

The atmosphere in there is so terrible. The employees are so rude. I don’t care what your job is if you’re a ceo, or getting paid minimum wage you can’t treat people like the scum of the earth. I should feel welcomed here. You don’t own the store to be acting like the flipping ceo. I know ball too bro just cause I’m in a hoodie dont mean anything!! Cashier 173704 had a huge attitude, and the associate 172902 was also rude. The cashier had a really rude tone and the associate had an attitude as if I was stealing. You clearly saw I had stuff in my hands and I was still looking around I can’t put a huge jacket up my butt know can I… Y’all need to do a better job.

Honestly, the customer service was really disappointing. My mom bought a $90 sweater and some socks, and they were just tossed into the bag. The sweater wasn’t folded or wrapped, which she didn’t expect from a store at that price point.
There were two staff at the counter, the cashier and a girl who was bagging, so they had enough time to take a bit more care with the items, but they didn’t.
I called the manager afterward because I hope the customer service improves moving forward.
Nina was absolutely lovely! She made the effort to learn our names and was consistently trying to help our experience be more efficient. Definitely a great experience!
