I have been a VIC for over 20 years. I wish there is a zero star for this store. All my store managers and personal stylists have left this location due to the toxic environment. Currently store management team have extremely bad attitudes, bad services and behaviors. Their staffs made errors and wasted my time. The store owned me a refund due to their system problems Crossiron gift card. The management team over promised they will be fixed in 7 business days but never happened for over a year. I ended up with aritzia Aritzia Concierge. Buy online. These rude and unethical people don’t deserve their commissions.

Love aritzia but this stores music is always SO LOUD. It gives me a headache and I usually leave before I’m done shopping because of how loud it is. My mom asks them to turn it down and they say no. Just too loud.

Found a cute dress with the tag 9.99$. I asked one of employee if that was right and she answers " if that's the price on it than yes". I went to pay for it and the price on the computer was higher. The girl ask for her manager after I told her that the price announce on the dress is lower. The manager (girl, brunette) that came, told me they can't honnor that price in a very rude way. She then start laughing at my face when I told her she's suppose to honor the price because it's their mistake and one of the employee said that they were gonna honor that price. So basically they tagg their clothes with big discount and when you arrive to pay they charge way more for it telling you it's a mistake?

The employees are unbearable. I was returning two hoodies and was asked twice by two different employees if they could take my bag to the front, like nope I'm a big girl, I can hold my own bag, besides I had another item in the bag from a different store. You know when people use a pretend nice voice/tone but inside they are snooty and rude, they all have that voice/tone, like nails down a chalkboard. I am convinced they only work there for the discount as I don't know who would intentionally work there in that mean girl environment.

Displayed wrong price on items. I had to pay more than the amount on the price tag attached to the clothing. I love shopping at aritzia but will not be shopping at this location anymore.
The style advisors never know the latest trends and have no clue what I’m talking abt when I inform them that I’m looking for the new “hypnotize bustier corset top” that dropped all the way back in June btw and still have no idea what I’m talking about.Summer is now over and they still don’t have the bustier in stock and it’s always out of stock online the people who shop here are mostly bandwagons that see stuff on TikTok or 12 year old girls with their moms lol and tell me why one of the workers was wearing skinny jeans you’re working at an aritzia boutique and your wearing outdated styles I live on Pinterest and it’s super misleading for the company of Aritzia.

I always enjoy coming here for shopping, everyone is really friendly and helpful especially Kirsten. She is always letting me know when their sales are on and does special orders for me if items aren’t in the store. This is my favourite place to shop especially because I am petite and the sizes fit great!

I came here shopping for work clothes initially, I was helped by a girl named Faith and another girl who were so wonderful and helpful. You can’t beat the deals here either they have so much selection and the quality is just amazing. I loved the little personal shopping experience and I can’t wait to come back!

I'm from Saskatoon and have stopped going into Aritzia here... I always feel as though the staff treats me like I don't belong there; they're either not helpful or condescending. For some reason, I decided to pop in to this location and was helped by Faith, she was so kind, so helpful, had great suggestions and even found some things she thought I'd like and would go with the items I'd already chosen to try on. Thanks to her I walked out happy from a wonderful experience and with a super cute new outfit, too! Thank you to Faith for the great experience, I will definitely make a point to visit this location the next time I'm in the area.
