There were no mirrors in the change rooms so you had to go out into UTTER CHAOS to look in a mirror, plus there were men in the change rooms hanging out - awkward. They seemed understaffed and I felt bad for the workers.

I probably won’t ever shop at this store again. I walked in looking for a dress for an event for a weekend. I had a photo of the dress on their website on my phone looking for sizing. I asked 3 different employees (plenty of them around) and each of them let me know “they will check” and neither of them got back to me. I tried on 2 other dresses, nobody checked if I liked them or needed another size, they were more concerned with clearing their change rooms and putting the cloths back on the floor. I made eye contact with 2 employees in the change rooms, no smile or recognition, they just walked past me, cleared my room and walked away. In the meantime, I spotted 3 potential managers/ supervisors (I could be wrong) at the front of the store talking. I walked past them, no recognition or even asked me why I’m leaving empty handed. I have 14 years of retail experience and as a manager I would never let it get this bad. Giving the feedback for hopeful changes to be made at this location.

I recently purchased a pant and a short from Aritzia, and the very next day I went back to return them. The staff told me they were final sale because they were from a warehouse sale. But at no point during checkout did anyone tell me that and nothing about final sale was mentioned on the receipt either. I first asked for a refund, and they refused. Then I asked if I could at least exchange the items, and they still said no.
brand like Aritzia, this was extremely disappointing.There was zero communication about the sale being final, and the way the staff handled it came off as careless and unprofessional. Customers deserve better clarity and service.

Disappointing experience at Aritizia. I found a pair of waffle pants I loved that were 40% off. Tried them on and they fit perfect so I decided to get them. The lady rings them up and they don’t show up as 40% off so I say something. She goes to look and then comes back and says they were placed in the wrong spot but went to get her manager. The manager comes over and says, “Well customers put those in the wrong spot.” Mind you half the pants over there had the 40% off sticker, the other half did not and I didn’t catch that some did and some didn’t since they were a sign stating 40% off. She explains that they are two different pants even though they look the exact same, they were even labeled the same. Blames it on the customers and never once took accountability that it was her employees that put them in the wrong spot. Did not honor the 40% off either. Was very rude and not apologetic at all. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this store.

Aritzia is usually hit or miss for me, clothing wise and customer service wise. However, I have never been disappointed in this location. I came a few years ago and had an amazing experience with one of the employees. Today I came to this location on my way to Edmonton and all the employees were very nice. Serena was amazing. I told her my issue (never been able to fit into any Aritzia pant before, regardless of size) and she told me she was going to challenge me on that. Not only did she bring me the best pair of dress pants I’ve ever owned, but I think my boyfriend was more impressed with her than I was (she even asked for his name too, which he thought was very nice of her). Can’t recommend this place, especially Serena, enough.
