Only reason I come here to buy their food is the food. The staff are the absolute worst and beyond rude.

Rude staff. They were literally shouting at the guest who asked more thn one question about the food. How about if someone has allergies??

I recently visited Bourbon St Grill, and I was really disappointed with the service. The staff didn’t even ask me what size Coke I wanted and just gave me a small one. When I asked to upgrade to a larger size and offered to pay the difference, the server refused to help me. Overall, the lack of attention and poor customer service really ruined my experience. I won’t be coming back anytime soon."

This place was amazing! The staff were super friendly. I asked for two samples—one mango chicken and one Louisiana chicken—and they happily provided them with a smile, even though they didn’t know if I would make a purchase. The place was spotless, and I didn’t see any garbage around. The staff were fast and efficient. I will definitely be coming back!

Meal portions were great! We ordered two combo 3 and was able to feed 4 people.

Combo 3 included 2 choices of meat, 1 veggie selection, and rice or noodles.

Customer service was not the best. They need to smile more.

This place is useless. They NEVER have Bourbon pork, especially during lunch or dinner. They asked me to wait 20 minutes, which I did. I have watched them bring out Bourbon chicken 5 times, and after 45 minutes of waiting, still no Bourbon Pork was brought out. How are you not be prepared for the lunch/dinner rush EVERY day? Whoever is currently working here need to be fired and replaced with staff who understand the difference between pork and chicken and how to keep items in stock during the lunch/dinner rush. We will never try to order from here again, worst service I've ever had at a Bourbon St. Go downtown to the Core, the best Bourbon St is located there.

The "chicken" was literally just a ball of batter. I even cut some of it in half and there was no chicken inside. Disgusting fake food. ?

Even though there was so much variety, everything tastes the same kind of salty. Even the rice. And the person wouldn't give me the extra meat I paid for on the side, so the platter was overfilled, and placed into a bag sideways, and the oil spilled everywhere, and leaked out of the bag they provide, on to the floor and my pants and my car. And the person is so incredibly rude and impatient behind the counter for no reason.

Charging for bags even though the single use bylaw has been repealed. As well charging more than the bylaw was. Anything to get a little extra out of a person. Will not be eating here again.
