This is my regular Tim Hortons location. I come here daily for coffee and food, and many employees from my workplace at Leon’s Furniture across the street also order from here regularly.
During my recent visit, I ordered a slow-cooked cilantro lime chicken wrap and found a long hair wrapped inside the food while eating it. This is completely unacceptable.
What makes this worse is that this is not the first time this has happened. One of my colleagues previously experienced the same issue and brought it to the attention of staff, but there was no response or corrective action from the owner or management.
As paying customers, we expect basic hygiene and food safety standards. Finding hair in prepared food is a serious concern and could pose potential health risks if consumed.
This location needs to take food safety seriously. Until this issue is properly addressed, I would advise customers to be cautious.
There is an Indian girl worker that works at the night most of the time she always makes an excuse to not take orders food from 10 pm to 11 pm and she is also not polite when she talks to you

This is the worst Tim ever because we went they didn’t take our order and there was no one front of us and there was 6 people working over there and we also saw one more person leaving without any food or drink. They were all chatting and didn’t even ask us what we want. We will never go there ever again. Date: 28, dec, 2025. Time: 6:45pm To 7.00pm we wait there no body cared about us.
