Inside the resturant looks barminimum like a health hazard. Flies landing on food everywhere, made an error in our order and then continued to argue and stated we had said differently - just asked for it corrected. Overall poor service and unhygienic to say the least

I came here to buy some donuts. I went straight to the cashier since there were no customers in line, but the girl named “Steph”didn’t even bother to take my order. I waited more than five minutes and still no one acknowledged me, as if I wasn’t standing right in front of them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they were busy, and I wasn’t in a hurry.
Then another customer walked in and stood behind me, and Steph immediately called them up to take their order—even though I was clearly first. When I confronted her, she only gave excuses instead of taking responsibility.
To you, Steph: you can do better. I hope management notices, because this is not how customers should be treated.

I get food atleast once or twice a week. Usually mornings. Today, I got my Sandwich to go. When I opened the sandwich to eat, after having couple of Bite, I noticed, blood stain in a couple of place. I literally couldn't handle it. I wish I had reciept. I called the Tims enquire about the blood in sandwich, immediate reply was no one in our store is injured today or yesterday. and Transfered to a manager, I told them, incase if anyone injured from the station, please be aware. Immediate defensive tone. I confirmed that , Im not claiming for money or sandwich , so that they can listen. Super defensive replies. NO more this This Tims.Done!

There was one boy who trying to be oversmart. His way of talking was very rude.
He was like , we can’t customize the bagel we can only heat it. the same with the croissant🥐. the finally i asked him for the potato veggies. then after 7-8 mints one girl said potato veggies , I went to pickup area and just was just close to pick my veggies. then he came again and said this is not your order. your order will come another side. I said ok . I really very frustrated with his behaviour then I started watching him that what actually he is doing? So here is the twist exactly after 9 minutes he picked same potatoes veggies from there and put it to another side and said potato veggies. Omg that was so disgusting. To be very honest that was my third visit there, but everything is same, same way of talking, same atmosphere, same not customizing the things. My overall experience at this time is totally unsatisfying.

Really pathetic , ordered half hot chocolate & half french vanilla but instead of that they gave me full hot chocolate, then i returned back and asked for what i ordered before guess what! They gave me another full hot chocolate . Not recommended at all 🫶🏻 choose another location if you don’t like surprises .

I had a disappointing experience at this location. Despite requesting a simple iced coffee without sugar, I received the wrong order three times within a span of two minutes. As a former Assistant Manager at a Tim Hortons in Ontario, I understand that mistakes happen, but we always made sure to correct them promptly. Unfortunately, the staff here seemed unaware of how to properly address the issue. The lack of attention to detail and poor management—if there was a manager present—was evident. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would. All this happens on March 9th, 2025 at 4PM.

Service was not very good. The person at the window gave me my coffee as I ordered it but I was not greeted with a Hi or Hello. I understand if it was busy but it was not busy at all. I said Hi and never got a hello back, just handed me the coffee without even looking at me. I said thank you and he never said you're welcome. I know I'm being a little picky but if you are going to be in the service industry it would be beneficial for staff to be friendly. It may not be in a ones culture but at least provide some guidance or training the the staff.
