It takes absolutely forever for the food to get to you, and most times it is bland, overcooked, or undercooked. Delivery is complete crap. Ordered (for a relative visiting) at 6:22pm. It's now 8:09pm and order still isn't here (approx time of arrival was 7:29 - which is still outrageous).
Absolutely appalled. If you want BP's, go to the city where it's good.
Update: at 8:15pm we called them. They never took our food out of the warmer (which apparently it was placed in the wrong one). Instead of the refund that we should have received, we got a free dessert and another hour wait for new food.
Absolute garbage. Should have at least given the tip back.

After a hard day at worked I stopped at Boston Pizza and ordered a full spaghetti and meatballs plus a half order for my grandson and I for our supper. Picked up my order got home to find no garlic toast with my order. Phoned BP's and voiced my displeasure. I was apologized to and was given a in house voucher for free garlic toast on my next order. I found it to be a( for lack of better description) kind of " cheesey" solution to ruining my supper evening with my grandson. Paid over $ 40 plus tip. Doesn't make me want to do a return visit that's for sure. MERRY CHRISTMAS at any rate.
