First time having a horrible experience at this location. Our waitress Glenice didn’t check on us throughout our meal at all. She forgot our appetizer, then when we brought it up she acted like it was our fault instead of being apologetic. We also got our pizza 10 minutes before the other person we were with received their burger, so they had to watch us eat. The pizza has also seemed have gone down in quality as it was smothered with cheese and hard to eat. We also got no utensils when had sat down. We also forgot our leftovers, which was our fault, (over half of the pizza.) We called back and they said they had thrown it out even though it was only 10 minutes. Unfortunate because this location is usually good.

We visited this Boston Pizza with our hockey team and when the reservation was made for 35 people and then changed to 50 last minute they were extremely accommodating! We pre-ordered food and almost as soon as we sat down they began to bring food out! The manager Sara was absolutely amazing and I can not say enough good things about our experience! Highly recommend visiting this Boston Pizza!

Food was OK and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Only real downside was the fact we were sitting in the restaurant and had to take breaks in our conversation because employees were yelling in their own language throughout the meal. Killed the atmosphere and not appropriate in a place where people go to socialize and eat not to be interrupted by employees in the back.
