The teenager working at the counter was such a sweetheart! She was so friendly and full of joy ,her positive energy honestly brightened my whole day. She just felt so real, you know? The food was delicious too! Felt pure bliss taking a bite of that cheeseburger.

The poutine was very good! Lots of gravy and cheese all the way through to the bottom! Had a cheese burger. It was ok. Seemed a bit dry. Nice fresh topping. Service was fine. Hubby had burger with fried onions. His was more moist.

this place is UNBELIEVABLE! yeah, it's literally in the rink house, but the food is THUNDEROUSLY, SHOCKINGLY, FABULOUS! honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. I will never eat anywhere else if I am within a 30 minute drive of this place. blew my damn socks off.

Fish was huge and the batter was excellent. Cob salad on point. Deep fried desserts just perfect. Comfort food done right. Passing through town, would become a regular otherwise.

Excellent food, but I specifically have to comment on the Cheesy Bacon Mango Habanero burger. It has to be the best burger I’ve ever had. More than worthy of a 5 star review.
If you want a mean burger this is the spot to go, they got apicy, sweet and or a combination. I recently got the habanero burger ( sorry blanking on the name of it) and its prob my all time favorite burger now! I also tried the churro... ( i splurged on the calories) and it was so worth it! If you need to kick off a burger cravinf, Susan's Kitchen is the spot.... They also sell salads 😉 The menu has alot to select from
I recommend the fired pickles my choice of sauce is the garlic 🙌🏻

First time at Slave Lake. Came to do some fishing. On the way home we stopped at Susan's kitchen to get some food. Lovely little place. Food was good, worth the price. Nice, clean seating area.
