We stopped in on our way to Bonnyville, saw a coffee shop on google and thought we should support local as we always try to. The staff was very friendly and the decor was busy but a very nice feel to the place. The food was not prepared very well, and one of us couldn’t even eat the meal. The panini had a very weird taste from the cheese or something. Overall I believe it has a lot of potential with the help of a chef to help with the kitchen! Will still stop by in the future when I hear they have gotten a chef! Hope for all the best for them in the future

Great food and iced coffee. We were too full to try the carrot cake, sadly. Worth stopping in on your way through Smokey Lake, if you're passing by.

My daughter Rebecca and I had lunch at the Tipsy Cow Saturday afternoon. The food was delicious! I can highly recommend the carrot cake! Rebecca had one of their fancy chai tea beverages. The café is decorated tastefully: Many unique conversation pieces.

The Tipsy Cow is a quaint little small-town coffee shop that gave me an experience that was unlike any other. The quirky country-craft exterior of the building does a good job of letting you know what you’re in for – a homemade, slightly bohemian, treat. Once inside the interior was also filled with the same homemade charm. Once I ordered my food the owner, noticing that I was there alone, sat with me and visited for a while. I honestly can’t think of the last time THAT ever happened, but it demonstrates the family-run pride-in-your-work that this coffee shop exemplifies.Foodwise, I ordered a chai latte and some carrot cake and honestly it was some of the best I’ve ever had – clearly head and shoulders above anything you could ever get at Starbucks. If you like a top-quality product that’s good as anything in the city, plus a downhome quirky atmosphere then this is the place for you. Even is quirky isn’t really your thing, I would still stop by for takeout.

You got to Love #TheTipsyCow in #SmokyLake at 38 Wheatland Ave. Great homemade pastries, homemade hearty soup and panini sandwiches. Some of the best coffee in town and a great selection of specialty coffees. A warm ,cozy, down home country atmosphere with lots of character. Friendly staff / owners. Always great country music playing. This building was originally a Drug store when I was a kid. Then everything from an antique store to a great soup & sandwich shop.

I stopped in for the freshly baked treats but stuck around for the lively and interesting conversations and the cool and inviting atmosphere. Thank you again Boris and Lasha!

Welcome to downtown Smoky Lake, The TiPsY CoW! Your quirky, warm cafe is a great spot for casual business or service group meetings. Impressed to see a couple from Lac La Biche using their laptops for work while enjoying paninis when we in for a business meeting. We are confident your location will become a "must see" for anyone visiting Smoky Lake. P.S. We give "two thumbs up" for your washroom reno!

My wife and I heard great things about the Local cafe Tipsy Cow in Smoky lake. We we coming back from Bonnie lake Resorts and decided we would try it. Hank the mayor of Smoky lake recommend it We just wanted something light so I ordered the carrot cake with white spiced chocolate milk. My wife ordered the chocolate brownie bar and à cappuccino. Both were delicious and a good helpings The decor was very unique for the area. The owners were very friendly and we had a good time catching up on the area. Mayor Hank brought up on what was happening in town. I would definitely recommend this place and would be back next time we are in town
