Order my food for delivery at 5:39(time on my call log) I was quoted up to 60 minutes. Fast forward and hour half still not delivered so I called and was told it was on its way. Not soon after I got off the phone I got a call back asking to verify my address and was told the delivery guy made a mistake and would by on his way. Close to another 20mins I finally get my pizzas, which were very cold had to warm up in the microwave before we ate. 2 hours for pizza is ridiculous.

Sam’s Pizza was recommended to us by family in Spruce Grove. We had just finished a 12.5 hour drive straight from Winnipeg & we were tired & hungry & ready to check into our hotel. We walked into Sam’s right at closing time when things were all cleaned up. Sam was THE BEST & went out of his way to make us a couple of custom pizzas. He was very hospitable & friendly as we waited. We took our pizzas back to the hotel only to experience the BEST pizzas & a very satisfying experience....read full review
