I recently visited A&W and ordered two burgers. Unfortunately, both had a noticeable oily aftertaste, which made it clear that the oil used for frying might have been too old. The burgers themselves were okay in terms of flavor, but the lingering oiliness was a bit off-putting. It really impacted the overall experience, and I couldn't help but feel it affected the freshness of the meal. I hope they pay more attention to the quality of the cooking oil in the future, as it detracted from an otherwise standard fast-food experience.

Food is always hot and fresh, fast, and service was great. There is a perfect amount of toppings, a true full amount compared to so many other places. Best A&W I have ever been to.

Ordered a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich meal and was very disappointed. Part of the bun on the breakfast sandwich was wet and soggy and the egg was also soggy and spongy. Hash brown was lukewarm . All the other times I would have said that they made the best but I don’t know who was in the kitchen but that was the most disgusting breakfast sandwich ever. Cook needs to go as we work too hard to throw our money away on this type of garbage. Won’t be going back there anytime soon. Also server at the window was in a foul mood!
