I ordered three tacos, a quesadilla. The three tacos that I paid 4.50 apiece for were small small that my six-year-old daughter was able to eat 2 1/2 of them. I realize that the cost of food is high, but even the quesadilla like come on guys let’s get it together. You’re gonna charge $14 for six bites.

I'm very disappointed. Normally this is a great Arbys, however I went through drive thru tonight and ordered a large fry which was served in a medium container placed in a large. Why was i charged for a large when I got a medium?

We order the Delux roast Beef without the bun. It’s in a nice container with everything on it. Very delicious! We do not like the wooden spoons., though.

Got there 20 minutes before closing everything is still on and working, waited for someone to take our order and never did, I find that very unprofessional if a place says they close at a certain time they have to close at that time not before.

The food and service is excellent, especially the classic beef and cheddar sandwich!!! I do like the chicken bacon Swiss as well but I hadn’t had it in a while and unfortunately I was quite disappointed that the bun was different. The previous bun used was perfect as it had a nice texture and it held together. The new bun they now use fell apart while eating it and it just didn’t complement the sandwich. I do understand supply changes at times making it difficult to maintain consistency, but it’s still disappointing. I’ll still be coming regularly for those beef and cheddars!!!
