There was an awful smell coming from inside the store. It was so bad that I wanted to gag or throw up.

Additonally the girl working was chewing gum.

Listen if I wanted to see someone smacking their gums while making food .... yeah no I'm good.

Nothing against the friendliness, but there's some serious issues here. We ordered on the app so it was ready for pickup because we were in a hurry, then we had to sit there for 20 minutes and wait for our food. 12 people that walked in got served before we got ours. What happened to first come first served? I understand it's busy, but they need to train much better than this. Not just that, severely understaffed. I'm assuming the girl working is new as I've never seen her there and I am there fairly often. She was friendly and everything was good tasting, but 30 minutes from time of ordering to food in hand is absurd. Hire more people, and train them better.

My work spoke to Kaitlyn to place a large order for 26 drinks a mix or smoothies and juices via email. They had everything ready for when we got there to pick up. They also put everyone’s names on each drink and had them boxed up for us. We appreciate that they were able to have this order ready for such an early time in the morning and it was all correct

This location seems to have a very high staff turnover. Many of the new hires can't seem to follow the recipe when making smoothies. I always order the Mind Over Matcha smoothie when I go to Booster Juice. I have been to many locations and I know the taste & texture of it. At this location, they mess it up at least 75% of my visits there. It happened last Friday again.
They either forget the Matcha, put too much ice or don't dose the ingredients properly. Not sure if it's about saving on the more expensive ingredients or if the new staff members need more training. Very upsetting when you're looking forward to a good smoothie only to taste disappointment. Same price, same company but very different product.

Amazing staff today. I made a lot of customizations to avoid dairy in a smoothie and they were super welcoming about it. To top it off, another staff member came up and offered to make any one of the wraps that had sold out already. Best Booster Juice I've ever been to by a mile.

Couldn’t get juice at a juice shop. I was there at 7 pm they were supposed to be closed at 9 but the employee said that they can’t make juice as they have cleaned the juicer. This has happened twice ?
