My dad came in for lunch today with a friend and they waited 20 minutes without ever being greeted. They left without saying anything because they felt bad for the server, who was all alone on the floor during a busy lunch rush with no manager or support around to help her. I understand that sometimes there are sick calls or other staffing issues, but there should have been a manager present to help her in that situation. I hope this location better supports their servers and customers in the future.

Been here lots to know the service isnt great at this location, but today was by far the worst. Cant have good service if you never get any! We sat for 15 minutes, and never were spoken to. The receptionist was kind, by the servers couldn’t be bothered to even stop to let us know it was going to be a wait. We didn’t even receive a glass of water during the time we were there.
Good thing there’s two locations in Spruce. Drive a little further and skip this place. On top of the non existent service, the restaurant was a mess.
Skip this old BPs and head to the one by the tri

We had a FANTASTIC experience when we stopped in with our U11 ball team unannounced. Our server was AWESOME with the kids and encouraging them to drink out of the championship trophy. Great job all around! 💙
