We called ahead to make sure 1 of the TV’s would be playing a sporting event that our party was interested in watching. They confirmed that would work and FOLLOWED THROUGH! None of the other places that we called in Spruce Grove or Edmonton could commit to this request. The food was good, the service was great. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!!!

I LOVE Boston Pizza especially this location but the past few times ive been disappointed. With food not cooked probably, to cold coffee, to not being served. I think it will be a long time before i come back here again.

I’ll preface this by saying I’m a young woman who’ve waitressed/ working in customer service currently. I am disgusted by our treatment last night. We were in the lounge for the UFC, it was I with my parents. The waitress was a taller, brown haired lady and absolutely rude. Firstly she was curt and sharp with us the entire night, left before we even finished ordering our appetizers. That is fine, everyone has a bad day. What is not ok though is when my dad simply (and nicely) asked if a burger was good and she said exactly “I don’t eat burger I don’t know what to tell you man) dismissed us and left. I would never talk to any of my customers like that, treat them like that and then be surprised when we only tipped 14$ on a 170$ tip. Will be letting everyone know to just stick to the Jennifer heilway location and will probably be coming in to leave a complaint in person.

I usually have great things to say about the food from here and have never really had any problems, but today unfortunately I received pretty soggy and cold food. I ordered 2 kids meals, the chicken was soggy and barley warm, and the cactus cuts were not crispy not to mention there was maybe 10 cactus cuts on the side of the kids meals. The lady that helped me over the phone was amazing though!
We had a late evening meeting and went to BPs as a group of five. Our server was Belen who went above and beyond for us. My hubby and I shared the goat cheese, pineapple salad and ordered it with salmon. We received our order without the salmon. They quickly rectified the mistake and then took the item off the bill. Belen was super quick with refills and checking in on our table. There were only a few patrons in the restaurant, and the music was quite loud, though. That would’ve been my only complaint.
