Ordered Boston pizza for dinner was not good at all and forgot and mixed up items been downhill for years

Can't rate the food, because despite being seated by a disinterested hostess, we waited 15-20 minutes and received no service at all, even though the restaurant was dead.The waitress looked our way a few times, but couldn't pull away from her friends at another table or her phone long enough to take our order.There are plenty of restaurants is Spruce Grove. Go to a different one.

my food was soggy, lettuce was bad not sure why it was even considered being put in my food. my chicken was pink in the middle. the other food we got the bun was rock hard and cold.

Had oven roasted hot wings and garden salad. Both were good, although some of the wings were a little flabby which is always unappetizing. Pepsi was a little on the flat side. Great white north pizza was really on point. Service was friendly and attentive, but not overbearing.

Decent place, a little awkward in the seating setup. Good service though and decent food. Good place to go for a beer or a game. They could use another TV on the south wall though.

I called because they forgot an item in my order and the options they gave me were a credit on an account that doesn't exist or 50 min wait to deliver the item.. this has been the third time this Bps has disappointed me. Don't waist your time go to the one by the trileisure building across town.
Absolutely love this restaurant and all the staff great place to watch a hockey game only problem I've ever had there is this just not quite warm

My bigest complaint is once our server took our order and gave us food They did not check up on us enough. I literally had to get up, find someone. And then tell them that we needed drinks to be refreshed. then when I wanted to go. Still can't find our server. I flagged down the manager and asked for our bill.I sure hope this is not normal for this location. The food was awesome!! Food showed up in a reasonable time frame. service was horrible BecauseThe waitress did not check upon us enough.

The adversion to pizza sauce is beyond comperhension. Also it would have been nice to have the cheese actually melted, even a little. Bad, bad pizza.

Our servers at two separate locations were great. Restaurant is good. The food is chintzy and poor quality.First instance lasagna came in a square dish with very little sauce, very little cheese mixed in and no baked cheese on top. Waiter apologized and brought more sauce to make it passable. On that same occasion and the next, an individual Boston royal and a Hawaiian pizza have sparce toppings and you had to search for the cheese. Sad & pathetic ...won't go back.Some of the founders money spent on Dragons Den needs to be invested upping his game. We pay too much for what we are being served.
