Surprise find. I always had Pho in Edmonton, so I did not even bother to try in Spruce Grove.
I tried all many years ago, but I do not recall any place stood out.
However, I actually was in the area and had 30min time to have late lunch.
Asked if it can be made within 10min. It actually took 5min or so.
Took a spoon of broth 1st. Perfect. Now added Sriracha and Hoisin sauce.
Portion was not too big, But price reflected portion
Wish they have 2 size for bowls. I would have gotten XL if they had one.
Overall, broth was tasty Meat could be more, but like i said, price is cheaper than else where.
If you need quick Pho fix in SG, this is the one

Worse food in spruce groove. Don’t waste your money here. They are rude, arrogant. The server lady can barely put a sentence together. I was also harassed by the manager who was rude and aggressive towards a female, when I was unhappy with the soup I had ordered he was dismissive, disrespectful and unwilling to listen and was very HYPER and said he doesn’t have the time to talk even though the restrant was empty. If you are a female I would be careful of him if you have a complaint you don’t want to be harrassed and disrespected in front of the whole store by him over a 15$ meal.

Best Vietnamese food outside of Vietnam. Every time I stopped by for lunch the food was delicious. You should definitely try the sizzling plates.

I went here for lunch on a weekday with a buddy. The service wasn't great, we had to ask a couple of times for drinks. My noodle bowl came out and was wrong and the waitress convinced me to keep so she could probably eat my correct dish. I also had the wonton soup. Both dishes were very bland tasting and needed some sauce to make them palatable. The spring rolls were good but most likely just fried from frozen. She knocked a pop off the bill for making me eat the wrong noodles which was a small step in the right direction.

Very good quality food, as well as generous proportions. I order the salad rolls and the stir fry here, both being some of the best ive ever had of either dish.
Service is extremely efficient, and you can expect to get your appetizers within 5 minutes of ordering, with the main meals shortly after.
Definitely my favourite food spot in Spruce Grove.
