My new favorite💞. As always😊👌 Service is consistently on point! And woohoo for the Black Forest addition, so delicious upgrade and made me crazy with three great flavor options.

The bubble teas, snacks and desserts are all pretty good. The bubble teas can be hit or miss. Some of them are amazingly tasty, like the pink milk and banana and the pumpkin boba, but others really aren’t great, ie the matcha biscoff, which isn’t a good combo. they like to experiment with different flavours and some of them are a clear miss. All the food seems really good though.

Unfortunately the service here is not great. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with plants and lovely lights, but the people working here seem miserable. It’s a shame, because it’d be a great hangout spot if not for the grumpy staff, as they make the atmosphere feel really unwelcoming.

Went for a Black Forest Hot Chocolate and a Caramel Macaroon. Both were great, as well as the service. Enjoyed a quite drink and sweet with the love of my life.

Finally tried this place today! Not disappointed at all great local coffee shop right in the heart of spruce off 16a. Colton was great and friendly for me being a first time customer! Everyone looked happy and the selection is amazing. Will be coming back and will recommend to others I know. Way better then Starbucks 😊. Thank you

Such an amazing place to hangout and talk with friends or get work done. It's a very calm environment with nice music and lighting. The staff greet you when you enter and are always there to help with anything you need. The boba and snacks are also extremely tasty!

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking good. You need to be able to open the door or have someone with you. Ample room and seating inside. No bathroom facilities used or investigated.

I always love coming here. The staff is always friendly and say hello when I walk in, the atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming it really makes my day when I go in. The inky minor super small issue is that the cheesecake is a little dry; but I think that's just because it's home made and super thick ( not a bad thing still super yummy) great job guys 😋
