I ordered carls junior at this location. I realized the address was wrong. I cancelled my order less than 30 secs after it was placed, but was charged for the ‘food’ because they said the order was received and was being ‘prepared’…. Not a chance with less than 30 seconds between placing order and cancelling order. Keep the $12 and change… I will never use Uber or this location again.
They had nice service and the food was AMAZING and when i went back there to say that the food Was amazing and they had good service they gave me a large drink and they said "it's on the house" and yeah that's why i give this location 5

The food it’s self tasted pretty good besides the fact that it was so greasy the bun just kinda fell apart and there where mice in restaurant running around but I got my food in under 5 minutes. Sadly they used expired milk or something in my milkshake because it was sour and chunky af. But in total pretty good would most likely go again

I have, to my knowledge, never had any issues dining from Carl's Jr. before, until now. My young family and I had just gotten back into Spruce Grove from Edmonton, and we wanted someplace fast to order from. So, we went to the Carl's Jr. drive-thru, where we ordering our 2 can dine sandwich combos for $18.99 from. I asked the employee on the headset for it, and asked her if they could add lettuce and tomatoes on the sandwiches for free, and she said yes. But, when I pulled to the window, the other employee gave me a total which included extra charges with the lettuce and tomatoes. I explained this to the employee at the window, then he discussed it with his fellow employee(s), yet they were still going to charge me extra. I don't put up with this non-sense anymore, so I politely told him I was driving through. Sorry, but you lost a customer now. Maybe do what you say you are going to do for your remaining customers. For this, you get a single star rating. I will not be back.

I have only been to Carl's JR one time before so I thought I would give it another chance. Burger was horribly greasy. Just a soggy bun. Will be the last time I try Carl's JR. 0 for 2. Drink was good, fries were OK. Service was very slow as well.

Had a lettuce wrapped burger that tasted just as good as if there was a bun. Most fast food restaurants just slap a bunch of stuff together and call it a bunless burger. This was organized, wrapped well and easy to eat, and delicious.

So I was using the washroom when when I flushed the toilet, it created a tsunami of water in an urgent fear. I jumped into the toilet and the next thing I know I was surfing on the streets of Lake Louise.
As for the Carls Jr, I pray to all the gods above I have never returned to this accursed place
