This place used to be a decent Donair shop it’s take a turn for the worse. Loosely wrapped Donair. If I wanted a bunch of slop in a diaper I could do that myself without paying someone.

I think they may be under management. The meat is pre cut and stewed under the pan. No crispy beef off the spit. Won’t go back!!!!

I recently placed a large order for donairs from Donair Fusion in Spruce Grove just a couple of hours before lunchtime for all of our staff, unexpectedly. I contacted the company to inquire whether they could accommodate my request given the time constraint. To my surprise, I received a prompt response and the most delicious donairs were delivered to our location for lunch. It turned out to be the best lunch everyone had that day. The company even exceeded our expectations by including fries along with the food, etc.

New review. Donair Fusion 1 stars - I can no longer recommend this place. I've been going here since Donair Lab first opened. The food has gone downhill. I've tried it over 10x since the name/ownership change. - Beef is super salty now. Sauce is not the same. Wraps are tough to bite through. - Chicken shawarma no longer has any flavour, same with the sauce. - Prices have gone up, which is understandable with inflation, but flavor and portions have gone down as well, and this is unacceptable. The business is centered around food, and if the food is no longer good, how do you keep coming back? We are so disappointed. We've loved this place for years, but now we have to find a new donair and shawarma place.
Donair Lab review 5 stars Aug 29, 2020 Update: Still such a fantastic place. Flavourful and juicy beef donairs and chicken shawarma! Highly recommend. Personal favorites are beef donairs with tzatziki or sweet sauce and lettuce/tomato/onion or the chicken shawarma with garlic sauce and lettuce/onion. All the guys working here are super friendly! I'm there weekly 😁
5 stars Previous Update: Soft opening today. Some hiccups but that's to be expected. Friendly service and delicious food. Beef donairs.... tzatziki....garlic sauce....🤤. We'll be back. Menu is attached.

Been going here for years, back when it was donair lab.Ordered my usual for the wife and I. Paid for extra cheese and didn’t get it. Half the amount of meat from normal order. No sauce. Pita crusty and hard.Really too bad this place has gone down hill. Time to find a new place in spruce grove.

Had to update my review as my previous one was when it was still donair lab. Since the new ownership, a solid decline in quality of product and service. 2 donairs and a Cajun fries set us back about $40. Asked for cheese on both donairs, was charged for it but didn't have it. Gave it my final straw today, ordered a regular donair with cheese. Once again, no cheese, half the meat and easily the most bland, boring donair I've ever had. Truly disappointing to see how badly this place has gone down given it was so close to home. Hopefully they can turn it around, but no high hopes.
