Fatburger Spruce Grove

Stopped by after work to grab some take out for my family. I proceeded to wait 30+ minutes for my order despite the fact that there wasn't any customers ahead of me in line. One item ordered was an original fatburger with a few select toppings that was clearly articulated and confirmed by the person at the register. Naturally I received a mushroom burger instead which left my spouse unimpressed once I got home.
I've normally had good service here but tonight was an experience to forget and will surely impact my choice of dining in the near future.

Had an amazing experience at Fatburger today! The place was clean, the service was quick, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every bite tasted fresh and satisfying. A special shout-out and big thank you to Pateel for the friendly and helpful service. It really made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I love this Fatburger. All of the staff work so hard and they all are friendly as well as kind. I live in the westside and stopped by this location by chance one day on the way to swim; I am so glad that I did. They welcomed me with open arms, even going above and beyond to remember my order.I feel very blessed. I also would like to share that there is a Fatburger on the westside but I specifically drive here because the service is exceptional. I will continue to eat here. Very impressed.

We did take out tonight we ordered curly fries,poutine and fries with our meals but instead getting poutine as we ordered we only get fries, the receipt they give me doesn’t have breakdown of items

A Great Friend and Myself have been there twice now and each time, the service, food and cleanliness overall have been exceptional.
The staff even took the time to stop by and make sure that we were both enjoying our meals.
It was very nice to see such an incredibly clean Washroom Facility as well, which just shows the care of the property takes pride in the management of the business for all the customers to feel enjoyable everyday when you visit this establishment which I will be returning on a regular basis !

Served raw eggs, asked for new eggs and got the same thing. Definitely not a good place to get breakfast food at!

BURGERS ARE GOOD BUT THE BUNS ARE DRIED OUT HOT GARBAGE, BUNS FALL APART IN YOU HAND, OTHER THAN THAT GOOD

Excellent service. Great food and atmosphere.

They have the best fast food burgers. They are juicy and they use real cheese.
The playlist of music playing was so good. Staff were extremely friendly.

They are always fresh, fast and friendly IMO. I love this location.

Awesome, just make sure you wash your hands and not clean the kitchen and after prepare food wearing the same gloves, was a while back but not lately that I seen but I do watch lol

Never met a Fatburger I didn’t love. 10/10, and the service here is absolutely above and beyond.
