Joey’s Seafood Restaurants - Spruce Grove

The fish was really greasy but the service made up for it.

We go to Joey's quite often and the food is always good. The staff are wonderful and we will definitely be back good basic fish and chips served with a smile at a great price point.

Had the Fish and Chips Special yesterday. Delicious! Big pieces of fish, love their tartar sauce. It would have been a perfect meal if the fries were fresh cut, but their fries were still good. Love their Tartar Sauce! 🥰

Hubby & I had a delicious meal last week of all you can eat fried fish. We met the owner, Ashish, who was very personable & clearly had great pride in delivering the best fried fish ever! The batter is nice & light complementing the delectable fish perfectly. Also, we’ve tried other Joey’s but nothing compares to the quality. & deliciousness at this location. Plus very polite servers & cooks. Makes it all a very enjoyable dining experience!

Shout out to a company that knows a thing or two about customer service. I had an issue with my skip order courier. Not the restaurants problem or fault at all. Skip would not give any details and did not deliver my food but had picked it up not once but twice from the restaurant. Terra at the restaurant spoke to Skip on my behalf AND remade my meal for the third time and allowed me to come pick it up. Wonderful customer service and a very kind person to deal with. Thank you!!

My family have tried and been to other Joey’s seafood locations in Edmonton, Leduc and Red deer. And I think we can safely say this is the best location so far overall for us! Been here couple times and the server has always been polite and treating us with respect.

Ordered take out and paid for Halibut,
I received cheap Cod instead .

First making the reservation for 12:00 on the phone she complained to me that she would have to come in early, even thought the joeys only website says they’re open at 11:00. Then she shows up over 10 minutes late? We had to call and ask the kitchen to let us in. Then after we had pulled our own tables together and gotten our own cutlery she says “I thought it was for 6?” Obviously not. Reservations was made for 9, and there’s obviously 9 of us there. Our server looked like she just rolled out of bed after a week long bender. Looked incredibly unprofessional and it was obvious she doesn’t care about her job one bit. We usually love coming here but this was a very bad experience
