Service was horrible. Staff are not friendly and all look like they hate their job. 5 workers & not busy in the restaurant and it took 10 mins to serve one simple crunch wrap meal from Taco Bell. Pop station had spilt dried up pop all over the counter. Food was thankfully served fresh.

Ordered online for pick up, sent family member to pick up the food, it wasn't ready by the time she arrived, then got the food without a receipt and once she arrived back home(10 minute drive) I noticed they forgot our large popcorn chicken, attempted to call the store over 10 times and no answer! Horrible horrible customer service!! Will go to a different KFC from now on. ðŸ˜

Terrible. Chicken, tenders and fries all thrown into box. Soggy. Incorrect dips for sauce. Coleslaw had old pieces of cabbage. Will never again order from 16A Spruce Grove location. Disappointed is an understatement. Clearly Owner doesn't care - read the reviews!

If you stay open until 12am.. don't overmake an abundance of fries and chicken ect. No one wants to pay for dried out fries or chicken. Make smaller fresh batches later in the night. Fast food isn't complicated. What is so complicated about knowing the difference between a zinger wrap and a completely different wrap that had tomatoes, lettuce ect. Thanks but no thanks for giving me the proper wrap.
