Terrible. Chicken, tenders and fries all thrown into box. Soggy. Incorrect dips for sauce. Coleslaw had old pieces of cabbage. Will never again order from 16A Spruce Grove location. Disappointed is an understatement. Clearly Owner doesn't care - read the reviews!

If you stay open until 12am.. don't overmake an abundance of fries and chicken ect. No one wants to pay for dried out fries or chicken. Make smaller fresh batches later in the night. Fast food isn't complicated. What is so complicated about knowing the difference between a zinger wrap and a completely different wrap that had tomatoes, lettuce ect. Thanks but no thanks for giving me the proper wrap.

Crew filipina is so annoying. We’re trying to ask if we can exchange the chicken for bigger part but she refused and tell this is the only part they have and they are so loud working in the kitchen, shouting and chatting with co workers.

Staff doesn’t even acknowledge you when you walk in wait up to 20 min before anyone even comes to help you.
Also dirty, tables are not even wiped between customers or garbage removed. Also no napkins or anything is provided everything is behind counter so you’ll need to wait 20 min for someone to get it for you.
Some of the kindest, caring staff, I have ever experienced. The food tastes wonderful and great for when you’re on a budget!

I don't know why Delivery driver are invisible for the staff of KFC. Why they can't see the Delivery drivers. I have waited for 25 minutes at the restaurant they didn't ask me anything. After 25 minutes I ask an employee ' Are you guys aware of doordash order' she said yes but they didn’t. After 25 minutes they have started preparing the order. If I didn't have asked them, I don't know how long I had to wait for the order or needs to unassign the order.

Hard tacos were stale, and for what you pay, they barely put cheese or meat on any of the tacos. Did dine in and could hardly hear each other talking because of the staff basically yelling at each other constantly.
