Used to like this place until I found hair in my food. Zero accomplished when I showed them the photo of it. Very unsatisfied with this location. Never to return.
Poor service...I was asking for a napkin so I could wipe our table after we finished our food, the male staff (with a necklace) just stared and didn't even dare to move. No wonder why the other customers who left before us was mad also because of the poor service, they stood and waited for too long for a particular thing.

Food took just over 50 minutes to be ready, had not even started cooking it for over 30 minutes from when we ordered, then when I went up to the counter they said they were making it, and then still 15 minutes later I went up again and they said it was done and they were just putting it together, but then it didn’t come out for over 7 minutes from then. Food was also not cooked great, chicken and fries were overcooked. Would not recommend this location, would go to another in spruce grove even if it’s farther away.
