I’ve ordered the pretzel crust pizza twice now. The first time I ordered it, it was thin crust and had salt all over the pizza. I had it delivered so I realized that there wasn’t anything I could do really. So I decided to order it again but went for pickup. Yet again it was super thin and had salt everywhere, and when you have pizza that’s already cheesy and greasy have a bunch of salt on that part it makes it nearly inedible. So I very politely asked the lady working if she could remake it and just explained that in the picture there is only salt on the crust, and that the pizza was not supposed to be thin crust. But she was very rude, and seemed so annoyed that I would even ask. But she did remake it, and it did have salt on only the crust however it was thin crust again

I placed and paid for a very basic online order. It told me it would be ready in 25 minutes. No biggie aleast it will be fresh right?
My husband went in to pick up the order, and they refused to give him the pop I ordered saying it was not paid for. He had to get a screen shot of the receipt to prove we paid for the 2L. When he went back in the girl he was speaking to was nowhere to be found and had to explain to another worker what was going on. English not being her first language was a struggle for her to understand, but we did finally get it.
Get home, the pizza that we waited for 25 minutes was OLD, and stale. The Italian cheese bread was burnt and dry.
Now I understand this isn't fine dining, but come on, I still paid money for it.
I highly doubt we will be back.
Do better

These guys got a new oven and it’s cranking out perfect pies, get on down there and order a few.

Cheap place to get some food, but the quality has gone down. My pizza dough was flat today, even though I didn't order a thin crust, and the crazy bread was over cooked. The restaurant also looks like it needs to be cleaned often when I come in.

They are a great budget friendly pizza spot and it’s very consistent.

What happened to your pizza? It used to be so good. Pizza is overcooked not enough oil. It’s not crispy and greasy like it’s supposed to be and the cheesy bread is just burnt. Is this the new norm for this location? If that’s the case I won’t be back.

I have never come across a pizza shop that accommodated my order so close to closing time. It was a last-minute decision to grab dinner, and the staff went the extra mile by preparing a pizza for me with great care. Despite the late hour, they served me with kindness and a smile. I must say, they truly deserve all the stars for their exceptional service.

Hands down the best Little Caesar’s I’ve been to in Canada. I’ll ignore the fact that the prices have risen and the pizzas have shrunk because that is out of this locations control. That being said it was super hot fresh and delicious pepperoni. My belly was full and my pants were tight like a tiger. Thanks for giving me hope for this company again.

Have wen't here a few times. Ljme other reviews, communication is poor. They have no rudimentary understanding of english, or pretend they don't when charging you to overcharge. I have routinely been overcharged here on almost every visit. I can also verify that they skimp on pizza ingredients leaving mord crust than one would lime. This is already a cheap pizza, but this location has been able to make it even cheaper. If they're cutting corners and not afraid to overcharge, think what they are doing when you'rd not looking. Dishonest.

I use to love Little Ceaser's. The pizza was low cost and pretty good.

Now you pay 17.50 for a hot'n'ready pizza that may as well have come out of a 7-11.

Just go to pizza pizza or a similar chain, you'll pay the same price but get a better pizza at least somewhat worth the price.

Company lost the only thing it had going for it, the price. Doesn't help the pizza has half the ingredients it use to.

You, like McDonald's, have forgotten your place in the fast food world.
