King crab legs were good, lobster tails not so much, 3 in the box were mush and they are too expensive to risk buying again to have that happen. Another reviewer said she had hers replaced, when I contacted them they really didn’t seem concerned so that was the end of my business with them. Which is too bad because I’d do the crab legs again but not if they can’t stand behind their product.

Wow, signed up to see the menu and prices which for some reason prompted a call from a very ignorant person.
You are a business and called me. I told you your prices are not what I am willing to pay and your rude comment that it costs a lot more to fly to Newfoundland and then hang up on me will not get you any business from me ever, even if I wanted to 👎👎👎. Not customer service for certain.

I bought some mahi and lobster. Had a couple lobster second one was bad.
mahi great. Texted about lobster and came right to my door to switch out, great service a bit pricey, will see how halibut tastes when they came to switch out my lobster i got some halibut 😉
