Bland chicken, not cooked through, no taste, old fries, shitty gravy not homemade. Yuck!

Once again 20 minute wait for food. As I walked in I noticed 2 other people sitting at different tables waiting for their order I walked up and placed my order and was told it would take 20 mins as they had no chicken left but would gladly serve me a big Mary instead. I asked the other customers if there wait time was the same as mine and they responded with a yes. Went to KFC and received my order in 4 minutes instead. This is now the 2nd time I've had this happen, will not be returning.

Always Great service and well prepared meal

It was a very large portion for 23$ and the food was fresh and hot… but I personally found it bland. The chicken batter just kind of tastes like flour… under seasoned. Service was fast and friendly.

I bought a chicken sandwich combo, it was alright, Popeyes is better and Jollibees is better than both, and the taters were pretty salty. Not bad though.

This is the only fast food restaurant where you can get a chicken sandwich that is actually CHICKEN! They spend the time and energy to flatten out chicken breasts. All other fast food restaurants will serve you a rubbery piece of shoe leather, and call it chicken. God only knows what it really is. Their fried chicken is also local and top notch. Restaurant seating and atmosphere is average, the employees are friendly and professional. I go there because the food is real, period!

The chicken was very dry and greasy. The taters were also very dry. Not good food!

I just ordered take out 3 piece chicken tenders meal. It cost almost $20 When I got home and opened the bag - OMG my chicken fingers were so small (they were 3 1/2” long) Before I would get 2 bigger ones and 1 small. This order looked like a kid’s chicken finger meal. That’s it for me Mary Browns Spruce Grove. This meal is a rip off.

We went here a few times and it was good. Unfortunately last week I ordered an 18 piece meal and chicken popins. I was told 15 minutes and had to wait 45 minutes only to receive undercooked food that I could not even feed my family. I did email the company but did not get a reply back. Very disappointed to have waisted 90 dollars only to have to get other food.
