Ordered a caramel
Latte, took 15+ minutes for that & a mcflurry. Tasted latte at home and it was nothing but warm milk. The manager was not concerned at all when I questioned him on the long wait, he gave me two excuses….
Westwind in Spruce Grove….not the first time bad service from there, but will be the last.
horrible service at westwind drive. do no order food from here. was told by a supervisor that she will not jeopardize her staff health by remaking our meal. even though the food was made incorrectly. horrible horrible horrible service and manners from this store. they even spit in our food.
Ordered a simple meal. Paid for it. Then i had to wait curb side for 20 minutes but 50% of my order was not in bag when i got home neither did they remove or add the stuff i paid for extras.
