If you order a box of 10 or 20 McNuggets, they will always short you nugget or two. Two times in a row now, the box has been shorted. You'd think after waiting 20 minutes for our order, they would get it right but alas, nope.

A couple of weeks ago I went in to this location and ordered the new Big M. They forgot the crunchy onions. Yesterday I went and ordered a big mac and there was so much special sauce on it the the burger completely fell apart and it made a huge mess...but fell apart, crumbled really and there was sauce all over me and the table. Big Mac has been my favorite for about 45 years and I probably won't eat at mcd's again. I'm unimpressed to say the least.

This location is an absolute joke. There are two lanes of drive thru and I go through the open lane. I sat there for almost 10 minutes without ANY service as other vehicles go through the other lane. I said hello numerous times, even honked. Nothing. Change to the other lane and they take the order of the person infront of me and then go to the other lane and proceed to take vehicles just showing up again. While I sit and wait YET AGAIN. Terrible service. Absolutely horrendous.
Likely such terrible service noone will ever look at these reviews.

Taryn was incredibly rude. Waited in the drive through for over 15 mins for a happy meal in the 'reserved spot' only for her to tell me that she already gave it to me and slam the window. Worst attitude I've experienced at this or any other location.

My daughter and I went to the Westwind Latin for lunch yesterday. We ordered 2 Xtra value meals, big mac and 1/4 pounder with cheese. We paid for the order and waited at the next window. She gave us our drinks, and we waited for a couple minutes before we were asked to go to the next window. We waited and waited. We counted 14 vehicles pass us before somebody came to the window. It was the manager, she began to hand us a mcdouble and small fries. I said we are waiting for the 2 Xtra value meals. She came back a few minutes later with our order, I asked her what the delay was. She responded with, "I talked to them" and slammed the window closed and walked away.

Place is a joke. McDonald’s is already garbage, and this place somehow makes it even worse. Unfortunately it looks like every employee needs to go back to basic burger making training, or maybe learn how to make a decent order of fries. Did you need sauce? Don’t worry, we’ll completely forget to put it in the bag. Did you order a burger? Okay, we will put it under a steam roller before putting it in the bag. The employees have a brain stem similar to that as an underdeveloped toddler.
I’m not sure exactly what McDonald’s employees don’t understand, or the fact that there’s a giant lack of communication from the time you order to the time you get your order. Provided they didn’t forget anything, but if they did no worries, it’s what they’re best at! Poor quality food, poor quality service! Goes hand in hand.

Last two times I went at night were awful. First time they made me pull up when I was the only one there and during their system update I was waiting 20 minutes, obviously frustrated. Second time I go back it was the same person in the window and it seems they intentionally made the food wrong, shorting half the order and making the burger drown in sauce
