Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

This place is awesome! Always fresh!!

Everything was good except for the fact that it took like 15 minutes just to get churro fries. My burrito was no longer hot by the time I got home.

My Mom and I went here today for a late lunch - never been. The service was great and we loved our vegetarian burrito bowls. They will make you what you want - very flexible! I liked the pan fried veggies added to our bowl :)

Gone downhill. Limit toppings and dry steak and next to none on a mucho burrito... under cooked pepers. Kindy crappy customer service as well

I just usually visit mucho burrito their food was always
excellent but the last time when I visit their was a girl she talks a lot with me she keeps smiling I asked a lot things to her I don't know her name but I remember that she has a tattoo of butterfly on her hand Really it was a positive experience Keep it up guys see u soon again

Edit: Revising my stars from 1 to 3 - hubs had to go in the next day to get this corrected. They refunded the delivery fee, and added a free veggies to our order from the night before to make things right. The food is still good - while I understand they dont have access to change their corporate hours, they made their lack of customers my problem by taking my money while being closed. I will still go back for pickup only because the food is definitely still good. But would not recommend the delivery.

Original:Ordered takeout here at 5:48pm. Credit card was charged, said delivery by 6:30. At 8pm went to the store to get my NOT DELIVERED order and they're closed - With a lovely hand written sign - closed early. They have my money and I have no food. This is total BS.

Was going to post a review last time we ate here but instead I emailed them 3 times about the terrible portion sizes.. it was takeout and the bowls were half full or less, did not hear a word back from anyone and I just forgot.
We tried again today and the food was really good but again we had to ask them to fill the bowls fuller. Why are you guys doing this? Use smaller bowls or charge more money. It just looks bad.

their ability to understand english is very limited and it was very hard to complete my order while constantly having to repeat myself. The service was not efficient and they were unable to wrap a burrito and it fell apart all over me. Normally i have a good experience here but the lady i had to deal with today i’m assuming is new and very slow, she also almost charged me for a second drink and gave me the wrong drink twice before i gave up and accepted the drink that she had given me which was not the one i wanted.

Started charging $0.25 per bag without any mandates or bylaw in our area. Way over charging for just a bag… trying to profit. Was told do not charge skip the dishes customers for bags. I will NEVER be back. Sincerely a previously loyal customer,

Usually it’s good. Today I was screwed up. Ordered 2 salads, one double shrimp salad bowl, no queso. Had no shrimp regular chicken instead. And big blob of queso chees that my wife doesn’t like. Second salad supposed to be chicken and has steak nowhere did I order steak at all.
Then there’s the burrito, ordered chicken and bam there was the shrimp, only sauce I asked for is burrito sauce and it’s loaded with sour cream. Come on! Not one item done right and I had to wait and extra 10 mins for my order as this was an online order. Order confirmation attached so the error is seen. I live 35 mins away and don’t find these problems until I get home. This deserves a refund!

Update! Store took care of the issue. Full refund of bad order and 50% off the latest order I picked up today. Very friendly staff and the food is good, they took care of the issue so 5stars and I will be back.

I've been to over 5 mucho burritos and this one isnt worth going back to. Mucho burrito is big not a teaspoon of meat and everything else. Extremely small portions for the price.

Food was sub par. Rice, beans and meat were held at questionable temperatures. There were three to four people on staff yet there was only one person making burritos and working the till. they did not wash their hands or change gloves in working the till and the line. My burrito was below room temperature. Complete waste of money.
