Noodle box Grandview shops was horrible. Soupy and didn’t seem to have to right flavours and paid so much extra for six small pieces of chicken.
My daughter had a beef and broccoli kids box, we asked for no Asian veggies. It came with zucchini or cucumber noodles all tossed in, and again hers was soupy, and had 7 pieces of beef and 2 small pcs of broccoli.
Not returning.
Generally very flexible and happy with what we get. This sucked!

I absolutely LOVE Noodlebox and my favorite is the spicy peanut noodle box! Today’s service was above and beyond amazing… I ordered take out yesterday (the guy remembered me and what I usually order - wow) and when I got home, my order was less saucy than usual, and when I reached out privately on Instagram to mention it, they encouraged me to come in for a FREE replacement today! So I did! I went in, the same guy was working, he double checked on what my experience was, and what the dish needed more of, and then made it for me! He had me check that it was the way I like, and it was! He said he would remember how I like it for the next time! I honestly left feeling well taken care of and I will definitely be back again and again! Thanks so much Noodlebox!
