Food court atmosphere
I am used to ordering Opa for lunch while at work in Edmonton but I tried the Spruce Grove location. They water down their sauce a lot. Do not season their fries. Pita was soggy & fries were under cooked.
Bathrooms are disgusting
The quality of the food at this restaurant has gone way down hill. Ordered a wrap without jalapeños, and it seemed like there was extra jalapeños on it. Then the matter of 5 tiny pieces of meat in my wrap. Quite a joke. Used to be a great spot, but if they can’t afford the actual amount of meat they should probably close the doors. Similar experiences the last few times I’ve gone. I won’t be back
Rice went from a container in the fridge directly into my bowl. The dining area was so dirty. Multiple tables looked like they'd not been washed (greasy fingerprints, crumbs). The staff was okay.
It should not take 20ish mins to make food. If you can not handle the customers in front of you do not take skip orders.
Everything was good, customer service was good.
I ordered fla fal platter.
? potato was not cooked properly.
I asked employees and they said we cook it like this.

OPA has truly stepped up its game under the new management! The cleanliness of the restaurant was the first thing that caught my attention; it was absolutely spotless which is always a great sign. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was outstanding, with rich, authentic flavors that made every bite a delight. The baklava, in particular, was a standout--crispy, sweet and utterly delicious. It's clear that the new management is focused on delivering an exceptional dining experience, from the cleanliness to the customer service to the food. I can't recommend OPA highly enough!

Always good the best
I recently visited OPA under its new management, and the difference is remarkable! From the moment I walked in, I noticed how spotless the restaurant was. The floors, tables, and even the restrooms were impeccably clean, which immediately gave me confidence in the food hygiene. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure we felt right at home. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! The gyros were perfectly seasoned, and the pita was soft and fresh. It's clear that the new management has really focused on quality in every aspect, from customer service to cleanliness to the food itself. I can't wait to come back!

This was hands down the best Opa I’ve ever had!
Honestly, I’d only ever had Opa in a food court, but I heard that this Opa in Spruce Grove was under new management, so, figured I’d give this one a shot, and boy, was I EVER IMPRESSED!
Had the souvlaki and Santorini salad
Overall - food was VERY very good.
Chicken was super moist and well seasoned.
Salad was really fresh tasting, nice and cool and had just the right amount of dressing and feta (which can be overpowering if not done right). This can be a tough salad to get right, and I really enjoyed it.
Even the bread was better than I’d expected - light and fluffy on the inside, hit and crispy on the outside.
Overall - a REALLY great meal, definitely not a next level Opa, I’LL DEFINITELY eat here again!
Staff was super friendly, service was fast and and the food was all the right temperature.
Great location, easy to get in and out of - lots of parking.
Vegetarian options: They have fantastic Falafel, and many meatless and fish options.
Parking: Loads of parking
Kid-friendliness: Easy for kids, and they have kids meals
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s wheelchair accessible
