OPA has truly stepped up its game under the new management! The cleanliness of the restaurant was the first thing that caught my attention; it was absolutely spotless which is always a great sign. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was outstanding, with rich, authentic flavors that made every bite a delight. The baklava, in particular, was a standout--crispy, sweet and utterly delicious. It's clear that the new management is focused on delivering an exceptional dining experience, from the cleanliness to the customer service to the food. I can't recommend OPA highly enough!

I recently visited OPA under its new management, and the difference is remarkable! From the moment I walked in, I noticed how spotless the restaurant was. The floors, tables, and even the restrooms were impeccably clean, which immediately gave me confidence in the food hygiene. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure we felt right at home. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! The gyros were perfectly seasoned, and the pita was soft and fresh. It's clear that the new management has really focused on quality in every aspect, from customer service to cleanliness to the food itself. I can't wait to come back!

This was hands down the best Opa I’ve ever had!
Honestly, I’d only ever had Opa in a food court, but I heard that this Opa in Spruce Grove was under new management, so, figured I’d give this one a shot, and boy, was I EVER IMPRESSED!

Had the souvlaki and Santorini salad
Overall - food was VERY very good.

Chicken was super moist and well seasoned.

Salad was really fresh tasting, nice and cool and had just the right amount of dressing and feta (which can be overpowering if not done right). This can be a tough salad to get right, and I really enjoyed it.

Even the bread was better than I’d expected - light and fluffy on the inside, hit and crispy on the outside.

Overall - a REALLY great meal, definitely not a next level Opa, I’LL DEFINITELY eat here again!

Staff was super friendly, service was fast and and the food was all the right temperature.
Great location, easy to get in and out of - lots of parking.

Vegetarian options: They have fantastic Falafel, and many meatless and fish options.

Parking: Loads of parking

Kid-friendliness: Easy for kids, and they have kids meals

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s wheelchair accessible

I miss the first owner of this location, she kept the restaurant very clean and tidy since it sold its disgusting!
At first I thought, they're just having staff issues. Year later...still gross.
I went in to check again 2yrs ago. I ordered just a pop as the restaurant was still dirty. I took the wrapper off the straw and bent it in a unique pattern, left it on the counter where you pick up food . It was still there 3 days later.
Tried again last night......yuck!! Yuck! Yuck!!
I have no idea how AB health approves the location they must know someone in the industry who signs off the paperwork.

Good Greek food.

Update: Today I had a platter with Greek salad and Lamb skewer.
The price / quality ratio is ok.
The server was professional.
The tomatoes in my salad were a little bit frozen, the lamb meat was tasty.

The saltiest food I've ever tasted in my entire life, I couldn't even finish half the plate. The rice was also old and hard. Some of the most disgusting food I've ever had, such a waste of money. I had Opa once before and I remember it being actually good... So disappointing

Food was good ,, the restaurant was absolutely filthy, nobody was in the restaurant when I arrived and only one person came in as I was eating , staff playing on their phones, not one clean table to sit at , food all over the floor , unsanitary and nasty …. Avoid this place
