Panago Pizza

I really wanted to like this place—the pizza tasted good—but unfortunately, my order had hair baked into it, which affected all but two slices. That’s not something that should happen if proper food handling procedures are being followed.

They did send out a replacement, which I appreciated, but it’s been almost a week and I still haven’t heard anything from the store. Given how off-putting the experience was, I expected at least some kind of follow-up or reassurance that it’s being taken seriously.

Mistakes happen, but food safety and customer care are key. I’m hoping this was a one-off, but it’s hard to feel confident ordering again without that reassurance.

We always love to get our pizza here! Especially the vegan options are AMAZING!!❤️**after a solid 3 years to enjoy our pizza and my vegan cheese bread with nuggets, every single Friday, unfortunately they decided to switch the vegan cheese with something that has no taste and is absolutely awful. I tried a regular vegan pizza once again but nope… was still bad. Hopefully one day they will switch back. Until then, no more Panago Fridays. :(

Honestly, I think this is the best pizza in Spruce Grove. The staff are always friendly, very fast, always gets my order accurate. The pizza is not greasy like others. The dough tastes good, not sugary and toppings are always quality

Just ordered from here after trying multiple places in spruce and hadn’t given Panago a chance yet. Scheduled delivery showed up 10 min ahead of schedule, very rare for a pizza place! Pizza is great! Best of all? The delivery driver was the most polite driver I’ve ever encountered, great job!

I recently ordered from Panago and couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff at the store were super friendly and made the whole process so easy. I ordered for pick up in-store, and it was completed on-time.
The pizza itself was absolutely delicious. I got the Mediterranean veggie pizza, and it was loaded with fresh toppings, just the way I like it. I also love that they offer healthier and plant-based options, which is perfect for me and my family.

Panago has definitely become my go-to for pizza nights. Great quality, great service, and it’s always awesome to support a local business that consistently delivers such a tasty meal. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

I recently ordered from Panago Pizza and had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was fast. The pizza arrived hot and fresh, with the perfect balance of toppings, cheese, and a crispy crust. I loved the wide variety of choices on the menu, especially their plant-based options, which were delicious and full of flavor.

Everything tasted so fresh, and you could tell they use quality ingredients. I also appreciated how easy it was to customize my order to get exactly what I wanted.

It’s a little ironic I went here tonight for a pizza and wings. As I walked in the lady was complaining about a customer saying “they never tip”. I placed my order tipped 20% and they said 15 minutes. Came back and picked up my order. I never checked it and drove home. Ironically the order was wrong. Ordered blue cheese dip for the wings and got cheesy dip. At least it had cheese in the name I guess. 2nd time this has happened at this take out pizza place in the last couple of months!

I fell outside their establishment and hit my head hard. I walked in asking to use their washroom to ensure I didn't need to call 911 and would buy something after if needed and they refused to let me in or serve me. I went next door and they took great care of me. I think the decent people are more deserving of people's business. Go to quiznos next door not here.

They only put toppings on half the normal pizza even though it was only instructed for the gluten free. The toppings were cut like crap and just tossed in without care. Location was also out of sauces for dipping, one of the reasons a person goes to Panago. Was the first time my aunt agreed to try it, now she’ll never trust me that Panago is good.
