Panago Pizza

I usually order a panago pizza with vegan cheese when I need a quick and easy lunch for me and my 2 kids and don't want to pay for an artisan pizza. They just switched to a new vegan cheese and it is awful. Awful texture, awful taste, and looks disgusting. I won't be ordering again.

Doesn’t make the pizza too order as it’s listed, even after making the mistake and sending another same thing. Literally says extra pepperoni on the menu, yet they put barely any, even the store themselves said they only put minimal pepperoni as I explained to them what there menu is showing.

The new vegan cheese is awful. The texture and the taste and even the smell Is off-putting. They changed it sometime this year and I ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread with the new vegan cheese and it was huge disappointment. I won’t be ordering from them again until the cheese is changed.

Why create a customer appreciation day and have it posed up everywhere but hide the times are from 11-4 in tiny print? The deal is on while everyone’s at work to avoid customers taking advantage of it. This doesn’t seem like customer appreciation.

Ordered online... pizza was OK paid for a bag for dips but did not receive... would I go here again... unlikely

I really wanted to like this place—the pizza tasted good—but unfortunately, my order had hair baked into it, which affected all but two slices. That’s not something that should happen if proper food handling procedures are being followed.

They did send out a replacement, which I appreciated, but it’s been almost a week and I still haven’t heard anything from the store. Given how off-putting the experience was, I expected at least some kind of follow-up or reassurance that it’s being taken seriously.

Mistakes happen, but food safety and customer care are key. I’m hoping this was a one-off, but it’s hard to feel confident ordering again without that reassurance.

We always love to get our pizza here! Especially the vegan options are AMAZING!!❤️**after a solid 3 years to enjoy our pizza and my vegan cheese bread with nuggets, every single Friday, unfortunately they decided to switch the vegan cheese with something that has no taste and is absolutely awful. I tried a regular vegan pizza once again but nope… was still bad. Hopefully one day they will switch back. Until then, no more Panago Fridays. :(

Honestly, I think this is the best pizza in Spruce Grove. The staff are always friendly, very fast, always gets my order accurate. The pizza is not greasy like others. The dough tastes good, not sugary and toppings are always quality

Just ordered from here after trying multiple places in spruce and hadn’t given Panago a chance yet. Scheduled delivery showed up 10 min ahead of schedule, very rare for a pizza place! Pizza is great! Best of all? The delivery driver was the most polite driver I’ve ever encountered, great job!

Great pizza and awesome wings, the staff is friendly and helpful.

I recently ordered from Panago and couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff at the store were super friendly and made the whole process so easy. I ordered for pick up in-store, and it was completed on-time.
